Good check in, room was very clean and tidy, but unfortunately had some ants on the counter top wich I notified the reception staff about, the carpet in the room is also very worn, but otherwise we'll presented.

A pleasant, quiet location, with very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a breeze. The thermal pools were nice, but busy.. The resort is situated about 8 klm from town centre.

Regretably we were only there one night and not until 11pm at night so hardly got to enjoy the hotal

Greg in the bar was fantastic and was a wonderful host. Menu was basic, needed more variety - how about some pizza's, a chicken burger, chicken wings etc etc. Staff forgot to ask if we were accor members so forgot discount a couple of times but front office sorted that for us. Front Office staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were very helpful, got us extra tea and serviced our rooms nice and early in the morning. Quality of rooms was below par (we know refurbs are happening) but it's not good enough when you're paying $415.65 a night when the carpet is ripped, bathrooms are old, issues with toilets, air con stops cooling etc etc. Would like to see modifications to the pool as for elderly people, it's hard getting in and out of.
