I am a truck driver passing through, got to my room took a shower and got comfortable. Tryed for over 20min to get hold of reception and the bar to order food only to find out they don't have people to bring room service,as I said I'm a Truck driver so only clothes I have is work overhaul and Pj's. So if I had known that I would have gotten food before go to my room. So not happy I had to go to bed hungry. Won't be booking there any time soon.

Initial room allocated had no AC and the second room had very poor AC. The room was stuffy and dusty. Overall, the resort did not feel very well-maintained. Service was also poor. Had to go to the front desk to get additional pillows/amenities.
