for feed back, people wanting to save money dont want to spend the high rates you charged for breakfasts, if you had a microwave in the room gests could save, obviously you dont want that as the breakfasts is a money maker. My stay was short however the first days shower was good from then on the water pressure had been turned down and the shower was very poor, not impressed and with upcoming work I will look elsewhere.

We love staying here every year and it feels like home away from home. Love the peacefulness of the surroundings and its charm. We, however, miss the traditional free breakfast they used to offer to their loyal members.

What really assisted my stay was the afterhours receptionist. She was well understanding of my needs and handled my inquiry and accommodation well. It was pleasing to have a staff member to speak to at that hour of the morning and she didn't make me feel I was a nuisance. Having face to face is valuable in the day in age

The check in woman was very unfriendly and dismissive and she took a very long time to work her computer never once smiling or explaining why she was taking so much time. She was working two screens and seemed to enjoy making us wait. Then when she had a room number she just pointed out into the darkness and told us to go ‘all the way around there and around there and you’ll be there!!’ It was only about 6pm but it was dark and we couldn’t find the unit so we went back to ask for more help. She didn’t move from her screens and just pointed out towards the carpark with similar instructions! So lazy and so rude with a sign behind her saying ‘ be kind to staff’!!
