Hotel is delapidated, old and tired, needs major renovations and refreshing,. The big round lights outside the rooms is very annoying at night as if you want to get fresh air in the rooms and pull the curtains so fresh can get in, the big lights shine on your face!! The trees and scenery is still beautiful, I used to come here 50 years ago, and sad to see the games room in such disrepair. Probably won’t come back unless a major renovation happens

The facilities are very dated and needs rennovation - and updates. The TV system is a hit and a miss; with bad weather the service is out of commission with no streaming services available. Attention to cleanliness must be given - It is not bad, but it is not great either. Bed, furniture, kitchen as well as bath are dated and the bathroom shows poor hygiene. On multiple occassion I have found pests in the room - such as pine beetle. Menu can be restrictive especially if you have dietary requirements. Staff are the highlight - friendly, welcoming and accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay, lovely meal in geyser bar each evening and breakfast in restaurant. Thumbs up to Greg Gross in both areas enjoyed our interaction eith him n had a great laugh. All staff were great.
