It was pleasant enough but a few things you could easily fix to to get an 8 or 9 score. 1) Leave some black tea (like English Breakfast Tea) in the rooms. Chamomile tea is nothing like the same thing for tea drinkers. 2) It took about 5 minutes to book me in for breakfast. Something about a group booking I was in, but surely you don't normally take 5 minutes to sort out some admin while I'm standing there waiting to join my group. 3) Having a single $29 option for breakfast doesn't work for me if I'm just wanting a light breakfast e.g. toast or cereal. The room service options weren't any help for breakfast.
