Excellent Room no issues. Had breakfast good selection but didn't have offer of special cooked meal. There were no written information what was been served. Staff to be more proactive. Were given tickets for free drink inside the key wallets whereas at other places we were actually offered drinks on arrival. Didn't realize it was free drink cards till morning. Didn't get to use it. Asked about buffet or any dinner very vague information was told that buffet offered at Novolet no offer for bookings etc

The hotel was lovely and so was the room. The woman who answered the phone at night was incredibly rude - unbelievably so. Incredibly disappointed and will not be booking myself or clients into here again.

Disappointing. After having stayed numerous time at this Ibis, this stay was way below the standard of previous stays.

The room was mostly clean and comfortable. I did notice that the room was cleaned each day but not vacuumed. Also the breakfast was very average - chewy bacon, some food was cold, the coffee machine was temperamental etc

We found the wheelchair accessible room very good. Bathroom was truly accessible and bed very soft and comfy. Room a/c wasn’t working properly so we reported it to reception and a repairman fixed it quickly.

Staff pleasant. Room needed vacuuming, bathroom was dirty the iron had brown water in it that stained by clothes so couldn't wear them.

This was a group booking, everyone except us checked in ok. I had to cancel the first night due to illness but when I checked in the next day reservations had cancelled both nights. Duty manager sorted this out so we had a room. We paid a 20% deposit but it was put in your system as a lump sum against one room which caused the receptionist great confusion. Again Duty Manager (Caitlyn) sorted this out for us. In hind site I should have stipulated that the deposit be split over all the rooms. Everyone liked their rooms.

Hotel was nice. Beds were super comfortable and good size. Room was a little small/crowded. Didn’t like there was no safe in the room. Didn’t like the Wi-Fi was limited to 60 minutes. All other hotels offer free WiFi all day.

Upon arrival, the lady Tihe who helped us hardly made eye contact, she wasn’t very welcoming and was too busy doing other things while trying to check us in. Our room wasn’t ready so she said she’d call before 2pm and give us an ETA for the room, i had to call her at 2:45pm and ask what was going on. We also tried to make use of the bar facility, to which Tihe stood at reception and ignored us or our obvious need to get service. I eventually had to ask her if she could call someone but this seemed like too much of an effort for her, which we then proceeded to stand at the bar for a further 25 minutes WAITING and no one showed up. After asking her again her response was “well i’ve already called them!” Disgusting if you ask me. If you are working in a customer facing role, then put your big girl panties on and have a smile on your face and treat your guests with the respect and welcome they expect. Other than that, i’d like to compliment the cleaning team. Every time we passed them in the hall ways they greeted us with the biggest smiles and conversation! What a fantastic team on that side!!!!

Loved it. I was there for a course through work. I stayed for 5 days and was accommodated with the food next door at the Novotel which was great. Great choice of food and friendly people.

Pretty average, I tried to order a coffee and pick it up after a cigarette. There seemed to be confusion on what needed to happen in terms of payment. The upshot was it took twice as long. Interestingly the lady guest waiting at reception took just as long. Also when we arrived we had to wait several minutes while the receptionist was on the phone working out another guests checkout time query.

A pleasant overnight stay and we enjoyed your friendly staff team. We were some what put off by the loud Christmas Carol sound track in the breakfast room. Somewhat too early for those! In the interest of the environment suggest you dispense with the small plastic bottles of toilet items in the rooms.
