Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. However, breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs especially didn’t taste like real eggs at all, which made the breakfast experience less enjoyable. Aside from that, everything else was good and I appreciated the friendly service and comfortable room.

Room and service were fine. Breakfast was the BIG let down - Ibis Rotorua seriously need to improve on the scrambled eggs and or offer some healthier protein alternatives.
