We were given a room meant for two single beds, but it had two double beds in it! It was very cramped. Your guest laundry service equipment needs upgrading.

This is just a niggly hotel. I appreciate it is the lower end of the Accor chain but some of the essentials are missing. Both times we have stayed the key cutter has not worked, causing long lines of frustated check ins. How does this continually happen? I feel for the staff. The breakfast is ok. The rooms only have one type of generic shampoo/body wash. Accor status is never acknowledged and you feel like you're doing something terrible when you go to breakfast and give your room number but then get interrogated by 2 different to show your membership

Great location and room was comfortable and clean. Very basic and a bit too expensive due to the ultra-marathon. Had an issue with a whistling sound under the front door caused by air conditioning in the hallway. This was resolved very kindly, by staff by putting a towel at the base of the door. However there should be a more permanent fix put in place in the future.
