IBIS is a great location and managed to get a good room rate. Also nice having a twin room. My only comment on the room was the pitiful water pressure in the shower - extremely low… and not the first time I have experienced at IBIS Rotorua.

Location is excellent. From what we saw of the building it looked well looked after very clean and tidy. We have trouble understanding the man and women at reception so we missed hearing where the pool and gym were and the times.
