I paid for 2 rooms and my husband arrived a day later than me. He was not allowed to check in even though I paid for the room and the day . My other kids and I arrived earlier but I paid for the rooms. The rooms were not next to each other as requested and they did not have the double bed rooms on the same floor. Why would I want my kids on another floor! Even though the check in is 2pm we had to wait 5 hours for the room. Next time we come to Paris I will do Marriott. We did lunch upstairs and the view was good and the wine.

We stayed for 2 nights with kids. The hotel decoration was beautiful, the room is small but enough for us, there’s a stunning rooftop gym. The breakfast was good quality. We were lucky there was a balloon artist and made the kids very happy. It was very easy to go around via metro or taxi. It took us 15min-20min to major sights, and very easy to reach Orly airport

Breakfast is decent with fruits, coffee, croissants and cheese. The view from the rooftop of the skyline is nice. But the hotel rooms were not ready at check in. We had a 2pm check in and we arrived at 9:30 am our room was not ready until 3pm. My husband arrived the next day with our son and I paid for the room for the day prior and he was not able to get into our 2nd room.Then when they did the other room it’s on a different floor than ours. So I go back to the front desk because I paid for 3 beds and a room near us on the same floor. I’m a bit frustrated but they finally fixed it and gave us a room on the same floor.
