Make sure you book the right room category. We initially chose a standard family room but quickly realised it wouldn’t be comfortable for a family of four, so we upgraded to a suite straight away. For two adults and two kids, the suite—with a stunning Eiffel Tower view—was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers excellent breakfast and dinner options, and the lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed with elegant décor. While the hotel itself is lovely, the location isn’t the most convenient, and we relied on taxis to get around.

This was our first time visiting Paris, and we were trying to find a nice place to stay. We had seen some houses online, but we were unsure about their cleanliness. My 12-year-old is very particular about cleanliness and quite sensitive to the surroundings when we travel. When we arrived at the hotel, the first thing he said was “Wow!” He was very happy with the hotel, its decorations, and the surrounding area. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away and connects you easily to all of Paris. There is also halal food available right in front of the hotel, which made our stay much easier. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay. If you are staying here, be sure to try their breakfast—they offer a great selection of fresh fruits

I reached hotel in the morning and waited for 5 hours to get the room. I got it around 3:00pm. They told me in the morning that room is upgraded so I waited for 2 hours and then I was so tired that I told them that I don't want upgrade just give me normal room so they said manager will only give me specific room because normal rooms are booked for a group. I was like c'mon you have my original room empty so just give me but they didn't give. Apart from this, no bottles (glass or plastic) for water in the room. If you need water you have to go all the way to the elevator to get water in a CUP from a water machine. Housekeeping never replenished tea pouches in the room in 4 days of my stay. Breakfast was decent and staff were polite and helpful. I had dinner at Rose restaurant 2 times and the food was good. Rooftop restaurant was always booked for private events so couldn't try.
