A little disappointed for our first visit back to this hotel since it has been rebranded.We have been coming here since it was referred to as The Sheraton so was really looking forward to the new look. Room decor was lovely but our room seemed smaller than our previous king room stays. There was no bath which just may have been a booking oversight, however much to my horror there was a used soiled bathrobe hanging on the back of the bathroom door and the shower drain was blocked. (All reported to guest services who were very apologetic). Thankfully we were only there for one night as the a/c in the room was rattling away and our allocated room riverside was subject to a lot of traffic noise, so opening windows was not an option. Hopefully these are just a lot of teething problems that will be resolved as this was one of our favourite places to stay in Hastings St.

From check in to when we left our stay was unreal. The resort was a getaway in itself and the rainy weather had no effect on that. Amazing staff and features like the pool and gym as well as great food and easy Hastings st and beach access
