We both really enjoyed staying at Elysium. Very lovely resort that was well maintained and presented. Perfectly located in the heart of Noosa with a number of great facilities. We stayed in one of the Wellness suits which was pretty amazing. The weather was not ideal but the staff did their best to make up for that. My only suggestions would be to keep the pool heated as it was freezing and meant we could not really use it during our stay. My other suggestion would be perhaps putting a hard roof over the hot tub outside so that it can be enjoyed in all weather. Other than that, I was most impressed with the service of the staff. They truly went out of their way to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. It is rare these days to find staff that take some much pride in their profession and customer service and really made the experience for us. All around it was well worth the visit and we will certainly be returning after what was a really wonderful stay in an excellent resort.

Welcoming, friendly and polite staff. I had an Elysium River view room the first night, which was lovely. I’m staying another 6 nights and will do another review at the end. I always appreciate and enjoy the welcome gifts with being an Accor Platinum Member, especially the BollingerChampagne. On most part the service and promptness is very good.
The only issue which was also an issue on my last stay was the housekeeping, when I used the shower for the first time there was two black hairs on the shower floor, the hair wasn’t mine as I have blonde hair. You do not expect this or accept this at any 5-star accommodation.

The huge drawcard of the hotel turned out to be a negative. Also had jack hammer going on one of the very few days where there was a break in the weather.

Very enjoyable stay with lots of space in the two bedroom suite, an incredible spread at the buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Our children loved the pool and the swim up bar and we loved the infra red sauna. Will definitely stay again.

The renovation is beautiful, the hotel is such a gorgeous place to be. Staff are friendly and helpful. For feedback: I paid for valet parking and my vehicle was left in the driveway overnight, not even in a carpark, simply off to the side of the drive through entry. Otherwise a lovely experience, will definitely stay again.

Elysium Noosa Resort is a beautiful premises. Our room was on the same level as the car park and faced out onto the public docking area on the Noosa River. It wasn't quite the "river view" that we imagined. Nevertheless, the room was very spacious and well stocked with all the comforts.

I have previously said I feel the extensive renovations have missed the mark
To have to walk outside when it is raining to get to the restaurant is bad design. If one is old and infirm it is hard
Also when arriving and at other times if one needs the facilities you have to either go down a flight if stairs or use a lift frequently in use by the staff transporting cases for residents. You certainly don’t want to be in a hurry! !!!
I have been staying at the hotel for many years and feel these 2 things need addressing asap
Also a small request would be to guerney the entrance and patch the tiles from
Hastings Street. They remain as filthy as they were 10 years ago. They may not be the hotels property but they give a bad impression when entering and cheap to fix

The staff were nice .The tech guy was good. The room was very average. We werent advised about the buliding noise and sledgehammer which made it v unpleasant to sit at the pool. The gym eqipment is very poor for a “5” Star hotel .The shower head was either faulty or inadequate. At times the hot water was just hot.
