Extremely welcoming and lovely reception staff! The pool was great and we were able to use it while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived in Noosa early. And our room was perfect! Super comfy bed, excellent bathroom and lounge area! Only wished we stayed longer!

The room was large and well appointed. Pool lovely. Hotel parking great. Location incredible. Just the air-conditioning was freezing with no temperature control (although some rooms had temperature control). The tiles on the floor were often damp when I ran the air-conditioning and they were freezing cold. Coldest tiles I've ever stepped onto. Thanks for the slippers.

I have to admit to being a little let down by the maintenance of the apartment. It was superficially clean but there was a lot of dirt and grime behind doors, on skirting boards, and the top of the stove exhaust fan was filthy. The bed was hard, and I have a new firm mattress at home to compare it with. Noise at night and early morning travelled into our rooms, the pool fountains and people being the cause. The location was spectacular, perfectly situated for at you doorstep entertainment. Dining, shopping, beach and river activities. Numerous clean dry towels for bath and swimming was a plus. The pool area was clean. Public transport and parking were all very handy. Staff were professional and efficient in our dealings. My ALL benefits were promoted to me. I think I might try somewhere else next time based on this experience.

The bed was too small for two adults. We were told it’s a queen, but it was most definitely only a double. Check this before staying. The coffee machine should be changed to a Nespresso machine as the complimentary coffee pods were awful.

The only comment that I would make is that our apartment was overlooking the kitchen fans from the restaurant directly in front of actually on Hastings street so nearly all the time we had the smell of cooking so not nice to sit out on the balcony.
