Had a great weekend away with my 2 Pregnant daughters before their babies are due in July. Nice and relaxing and just a short walk to shops and cars.

Too noisy where our room was

I have stayed at Sebel Noosa many times over the years and have always enjoyed staying there until this time. We were told I had a room on the top floor of building 2 but the lift wasn't working so I asked for another room. Was told it was an upgrade - (same room) overlooking the road it was very noisy and we were woken up twice in one night by a large gathering of youths. I believe the resort should have closed during the renovation time as checking in the car park was not at all enjoyable. I have worked in the Resort/Hotel industry in sales and marketing all of my career and I was really disappointed with the staff this time - they were disengaged. When I checked out the receptionist didn't ask me how was my stay she just said we will email you the receipt! Very disappointed.

Cold room that needs a good overhaul

There where major renovations going on and the place was a mess - hard to get in and out through the maze of temporary fences - the shower had gaps where silicon was missing and the room was freezing as the air con didn't work. Top price for a low quality experience.

Terrible front desk, rude and very unfriendly. The constant noise from the adjacent building, which was not disclosed, is also an issue that can seriously impact the quality of a guest's stay. It is essential for hotels to be transparent about any potential disruptions and to take steps to minimize the impact on guests whenever possible. The lack of basic amenities such as body lotion and shampoo and the heater not working are also significant concerns. Guests have basic expectations, and failure to provide them can lead to frustration and discomfort. The presence of cockroaches in the kitchen is unacceptable and could pose a health risk to guests. It is imperative for hotels to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property. Finally, the strict policy regarding late check-out is disappointing. While it is essential for hotels to maintain a schedule, staff should also be accommodating and flexible whenever possible to ensure guests have a pleasant and stress-free stay. This hotel fell short in several key areas, and I would not recommend it to other travellers.
