Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are sorry to hear that the issues you experienced impacted your overall enjoyment of your 10-night stay. We completely understand your frustration with the intermittent internet connection, particularly as this occurred during the first six days of your stay. We would, however, like to reassure you that our team was in continuous contact with our internet service provider throughout this period and was actively following up to have the issue investigated and resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the underlying issue was with the external service, meaning that the resolution was ultimately dependent on our provider. Our team continued to escalate and follow up on the matter throughout your stay, and we sincerely regret that it took until Day 6 for the service to be fully restored. We are also sorry about the inconvenience caused by the toaster and telephone. The toaster was replaced as soon as a replacement was available, while we continued to follow up regarding the telephone, which was ultimately resolved on Day 6, when the technician was available. While we appreciate that these matters were frustrating, we hope it provides some reassurance that our team did not overlook your concerns and worked closely with the relevant providers and suppliers throughout your stay to address each issue as promptly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while these matters were being resolved.
