Not Particularly Happy

The stay was fine but a phone call to reception for towels and amenities was not acted upon - we had to use the same towels for two days. Furthermore there was a cockroach in the bathroom - I have a photo. My previous stay last year was much better.

Very unpleasant. Rooms are very tired. Extremely noisy. Screaming children in the pool area. We couldn’t sit on the balcony and relax as you could hardly have a conversation let alone sit and relax by the pool.
Well located but in need of a refresh

This was our 3rd or 4th staying at the Sebel Noosa but we haven't been for a number of years. The rooms are still the exact same, except dirtier and in need of a refresh. For the price, there are far better options on Hastings street or close by. Time for a renovation.
It definitely isn't worth a thousand a night

The booking process and changing dates between Booking.com and The Sebel was a nightmare. I ended up sending messages and calling to both of them in order to change dates. Apparently It was my fault that I made a booking through booking.com. Agreed eventually and had sent me the message that it can't be done because of the price difference between two parties. All the headache was for $57 while we had paid almost $1000 a night Definitely isn't good value for money. The quality of the bed was horrible. The mattress was so soft and even uneven on one side. We see garbage bins and roofs of the buildings from our balcony (supposedly Hasting Street)). The bathroom door was rotten and swollen from humidity. The bathroom fittings were rusty. The renovation is obviously required for this place. I specified the age of the kids and requested a crib for the youngest who is almost two. It wasn't ready for our arrival, plus they had brought a big foldable single bed after our repeated request. For such a small child it wasn't obviously an option. After I explained that he needs something with the rails we were provided with a portable cot, that we have similar at home. If I knew that I would have brought it from home and wouldn't be charged for it. The pools weren't heated as was advertised. The cleaners were pretty good. And even it said that cleaning is going to be every 4th day, they came almost every day and had brought towels replacement and had emptied rubbish bins. I like the convenience of parking downstairs with lifts and the gym with quite a good range of equipment. The layout of the one-bedroom apartment was well designed. Even though it was almost straight after Brisbane lockdown the administration of the Sebel organized Easter bunny and chocolate eggs. Kids were thrilled. Don't get Hasting street view as you will end up looking at the buildings' roofs and hear all the hustle and bustle from the noisy bars and restaurants.
Staff did all they could

My husband and I are from Brisbane and recently got caught up in the lockdown restrictions imposed by Brisbane during our recent stay at the Sebel Noosa. It cut our lovely holiday short, which was devastating- however, John and the lovely staff at Sebel Noosa did all they could for us. They were amazing. So much so, when possible again we would only choose Sebel for any stay in Noosa in the future. Even if it costs more! Thanks for the time we did have - we will be back!!! Cheers Ronda and Ashley E.
