Good location and good service. This year, the hotel is 94 years old, and we had a good time learning about the history of Shanghai and the Hotel. After the business meeting, we had a relaxing time at JAZZ BAR.

Thanks for the warm welcome for the service at your hotel. except one thing: I didn't find the air conditioning switch to adjust the temperature, so I felt a little cold during my sleeping at that night.

Great location at an iconic hotel in Shanghai. Right next to the Bund with great view from the bar area too. Room is clean and of decent size

Extraordinary hotel with next level customer service and hotel luxury and comfort. Everything about Fairmont screamed history and luxury. It’s also very well located and within walking distance of the Bund and shopping.
