Nice buffet, love the xiaolong bao! The bottles of juice and coconut water are cute. Good selection of food and fresh Shanghai-style scallion pancakes—adds a nice local touch that complements the international buffet. Good fruit selection as well. I snorted the halibut curry :) cool hotel as well, really great service

It was quite nice and the server was very helpful. Julie and Kiki would come to me occassionally to see if I needed help and also gave me a spoon when I didnt have it but didnt ask for it, so she takes initiative. She seems like a very friendly person, often asking if I wanted a drink and always smiling.

What a beautiful Hotel, the lobby is so grand and luxurious, the room was equally impressive. We only stayed in a regular room (528) but the size and the decor really impressed us. The service was extremely attentive with plenty of staff waiting on our every need, they’re all so polite too! They even accommodated our request for late check out. We really can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back, we are in love with Shanghai and are equally in love with Fairmont Peace.

Went for the Peace Museum English Tour with Robin. It was informative and enjoyable. Certainly shows how the Peace Hotel is very much an important fabric of Shanghai. And the guide Robin is eager to take questions and also good photos for us.

The hotel is excellent in every way- the location, shopping and Bund is right at your door step, the hotel is posh yet backed with so much history and character which makes us appreciate our stay even more and finally the service of the staff at the hotel, exceptional! I would like to compliment Kiki who served us at the breakfast restaurant. She is professional as well as super friendly while serving us. She is super lovely and her attention to detail really make our stay at the Fairmount Peace hotel here in Shanghai, home away from home. Thank you Kiki!
