The hotel is located next to the railway and metro station. It's very convenient. The facilities are good with the big swimming pool. The staff are very kind also.

During booking via Accor apps, there is no mentioning the executive lounge floor is closed and all executive client service is moved to 1/F. This was only mentioned at front desk upon my arrival of hotel for check in. I feel like being cheated as there is no difference for booking a standard room and why I need to pay a premium for the executive room. Hygiene is a large concern during this COVID-19. There is a pad on each table. Usually during dining, the client will put their using tableware, knife and fork on the pad. So you can imagine how dirty the pad is because the pad is with saliva. However, what I see when client leaves, the waiters will only clean the table surface, but not the pad! This makes me have serious concern on the hygiene on my dining.

The concierge did not cancel the pre-authorization after the stay. The normal price is around 100 CAD, but the hotel charged 200 CAD without return. I wanna know why.

No complimentary room upgrade even though business was slow, no complimentary fruits was sent to room. Venus was not manned even though Happy hour for members start at 5pm. I got my first drink at 530pm and the sparkling wine was served at room temperature! My room had a chicken wing left over under the working table, seems like was left there for a day or two. Hotel seems understaffed.

The hotel is just beside the Shanghai Railway Station, very convenient to connect with railway or metro. The room is good, no noisy . The disappoint is the breakfast, compare to other hotel, it seems not too much food to choose.

Very good. The deposit is impossible to give for all guests don't own a credit card. Foreigners in China can not have it. I know that it is possible to give a deposit by Alipay (Pullman Weifang where I am used to stay). Could be very very good to have the same here.

5 star Hotel and a luxury room

Everything is okay with the Hotel. Only 2 thing that needs improve : a. English speaking from front desk is still considered bad. b. Attitude from Concierges still has some old china people typical, a bit unfriendly and less respect. We asked for calling taxi and when the taxi arrived, the concierge guy asked us to go out in some less manner way.

Overall the experience is good. The presence and hospitality of the staff are warm and excellent. Additionally the location is perfect, only few steps away from the Metro Line 1. However during my 5nights stay, i dont think the aircond in my room is functioning. I have to open the window to let the cool air in.

Shanghai is a big city. Because of that, we need to stay at strategic location. Pullman Shanghai Jing An located in near of Shanghai Railway Station, which is we can going anywhere in Shanghai very easy. And also many choice of food is available surrounded, so you don't be starving anymore.

Good hotel, although the design is a bit atypical for Pullman (looks like it was a Marriot or Hilton and then sold/rebranded. In general very friendly staff, with the exception of staff managing parking/taxis who are extremely rude.

Being a platinum member of the Accor group, I was really disappointed with the services provided by this hotel. We were not directed to the executive lounge nor the Accor priority lane for check in. The room which we had booked for 3 pax were only equipped for 2 throughout our stay despite our request for a 3rd occupant to be in the same room. We had to call the house keeping for additional towel every night. What is worse was the bell boy who helped with our luggage brazenly asked for tip from my elderly parent! Totally unhappy with our stay here.

always happy to stay at pullman, i had been staying at this pullman in 2019 for numbers of night, what i realise is that their breakfast is not that good, i wanted to say bad but well it was not well manage, food are cold, services are not what usual pullman or even competitor Courtyard by Marriott, service is really slow
