I'm very surprised about how the awful breakfast was served during my stay. There was no coffee or tea was provided, and I have to pay extra if I needed it. There were only one egg and bread served as breakfast, I'm not even sure about I was having meals in a 4 stars hotel not on a street restaurant. I changed my hotel to IHG group, the food was much better, and I won't come back to that Pullman hotel for sure.

There are quite a few points: 1) The room size is small and with low ceiling. 2) Air conditioner is too warm and not really able to lower the temperature in the room. 3) exterior is having construction work and near to elevated road which is very noisy and not able to open the windows to lower the room temperature. 4) No deliciated parking space at the hotel.

The Accor hotels - special Pullman brands - are extremely nice for business/family trips. I feel myself at home - in special at this stay at Pullman Jing An. The hotel staff are very polite and extremely professional and well trained. For sure one of the best Accor stay this year. Special congratulations to the manager - Ms Amy. She helped us to solve a big issue!!!!

We arrived by taxi with many luggages at the entrance : nobody from the hotel came to help us. The check in was quite fast considering the quantity of information requested during this pandemic situation. We have been upgraded to a superior room thanks to my gold status : nobody told us ! We discovered when we arrived at the room. The room was at the upper floors to avoid any noise : unlucky we were, the room faced the most crowded elevated highway in Shanghai (yan’an). Despite being at the top of the building, we were able to clearly hear the noise of cars and trucks. In addition, the cooling and heating system was only in heating mode and the room just facing the sun : nice view and brightness but sauna. We asked to change to another room in front of the railway station : a downgrade but quieter, cooler and slightly bigger in sqm. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am according to the check-in desk. The staff seemed surprised to see us at 6:30 am and told us that it would be fully ready by 7 am. We had to push to take our breakfast and such low level of preparation is not acceptable. We also asked for a support to print out our PCR test results : there was no business center and the concierge accepted to print them out in b&w for 5 RMB each! After bargaining, the concierge asked my gf to create an All Accor membership (to reach their target) and the printing became free of charge. To conclude, this hotel cannot be a Pullman. We definitely never come back there.
