my room was upgraded, which was nice. The front desk service was reactive - females were more friendly with their answers than males. The coffee didn't taste very good. Long line to wait for the machine to get its job done. Food was slightly below average. Tags for breakfast food choices stayed during lunch time, which was confusing.

Although you are selling rooms as Business Lounge Floor, your lounge is not open. I have booked meeting room, yes I got access but no service or assistance from your team. Disappointing.

Room aircon was too hot and outside was too noisy

Room aircon couldn't be adjusted and it was always too warm even the window was open. The hotel was close to Shanghai station so outside was always nosiy. Different staff would provide you different level of service. There was a staff standing outside the hotel but he wasn't helping the guest. He was very reluctant to help to take out the luggages from taxi.

I really enjoy my stay in Pullman. The management is great and stuffs are very well trained and very friendly, especially Ms.Aileen and Amy, they arranged a really nice room for us and gave us lots of suggestions about the tour in Da Nẵng. I definitely will come back to the hotel and recommend it to friends
