I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from Fairmont Ajman. I’ve been trying for over a week to get basic information and make a booking for a dinner I’m planning, and every single time I call, I’m told “we will share the details” or “we will get back to you.” No one ever does. This level of follow-up (or lack of it) is honestly surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this reputation. Repeated calls, repeated promises, and zero action. It’s very strange and unprofessional for a supposedly high-end hotel to operate this way. If this is the experience before even making a booking, it really makes me question the service quality overall.

Great food and great service. I would love to come back and meet again our great staff - Kashan and Rachel in the dining room and awesome bartender at the beach bar Hridoy. These people made this experience even more memorable. Hotel very clean and nice looking. Thank you All!!

From checking in with the very helpful and friendly Anita on the desk who couldn’t do enough for us and even upgraded our room which was fantastic, to the amazing restaurants and breakfasts. To the fantastic facilities including the beautiful pool and beach areas. We recommend this hotel 100%. All the staff had constant smiles on their faces and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Fairmont Ajman for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

in general all very good, housekeeping was great and very accommodating, team in reception great (Rahul special mention) and everyone helpful. Only comment is a very rude lady that didn't want to offer late check out on the phone (without doing any check if it was possible) when reception later did it and also she called later to the room (in a bad tone and very bad manners) saying that we I don't have late check out, I told her to check first with her colleagues... again she was wrong. Honestly the hotel should check who is that lady and told her who pays her salary (customers!)
