They went above and beyond to help organize my wedding dinner, making it a truly perfect evening. Planning such an important event from the UK, with only phone calls to rely on, had me feeling quite anxious. However, their attentiveness and care put me completely at ease. On the day of the event, their dedication was evident—they took care of every detail and ensured everything ran seamlessly. The food and the wedding cake were absolutely delicious, receiving endless compliments from our guests. The team was not only professional but also warm and caring, making everyone feel special. Raffles Makkah is one of the best hotel located in Holly city Makkah, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, fast services (unlike other hotels in Makkah), friendly staff, tasty buffet breakfast which includes lots of variety to meet almost all tastes, they gave us early check in and late checkout. Highly recommended Extra: delicious Saudi coffee in the lobby area

Best ever hotel I stayed in Makkah. Everything in the hotel was amazing. All services were excellent. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was delicious. Room views amazing. Check in and check out process very fast. The most important is car parking was available. Just minor issue, when I call hotel to ask how to reach to hotel because Google Map not giving me exact location, unfortunately I didn't receive sufficient and clear answer, I took one-hour around the hotel just to reach to the hotel main door. But overall experience was amazing and excellent. Sure, I will come again and again.
