While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and appreciated the birthday cake during your stay, we are very sorry that several aspects of your visit did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the housekeeping inconsistencies, including the need to repeatedly request amenities and water refills, as well as the issue you experienced with the deposit at check-in.
