I booked this hotel with my two adult daughters as we were seeing Coldplay. The check in was a breeze,Audrey was delightful and as we were early we sat in the executive lounge and had a quick drink, it wasn’t long and they phoned to say the room was ready and apparently a better room too. We booked an executive room so level 25 and this gave us access to the executive lounge. Now this was the showstopper.. we didn’t need to buy food for the entirety of our stay which was two nights! The executive lounge is an absolute must! I could go on about this but check it out yourself ! So worth the extra money. The fridge in the lounge wasn’t working which was a little downside as the drinks weren’t always cold, but that was all. Our room was lovely but as there were three of us, I had to ask for extra of everything as it wasn’t set up for three people. The tv didn’t work to watch Netflix and despite someone coming up to try and fix it, it still didn’t work so there went our movie night ! The coffee machine also didn’t work, but someone came and replaced it. The staff were lovely, the location of the hotel is superb and I honestly don’t think I would stay anywhere else in Sydney

i’m now in the middle east & theres no comparison what i’m getting here compared to hotels in Oz, & still waiting for the 50 dollar refund.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the very centre of Sydney. Transport links but steps away. Check-in was smooth, room was good size, bed comfortable. Received two for one breakfast as an Accor plus member. However, the housekeeping needs improvement. Towels not replaced and it took them 3 attempts to provide me with all of them. The basin had clearly not been cleaned. We have stayed at other Swiss Hotels around the world and at this property, the housekeeping quality has clearly dropped.
