We were made to feel very welcome by all staff that we encountered. The room was excellent, and very well maintained with a wonderful cleaning service, and the general atmosphere was very good.

The hotel is centrally located near the Darling Harbour. The rooms are abit old and the lifts were doing upgrading during our stay which makes it a long wait to go up and down from room. Next is the housekeeping which I deemed fall much below expectation for a 4/5 star rating hotel. We need to ask for toothbrush and water refills on all days of our stay. The toothbrush set comes with a small tube of toothpaste which is good only for a day. So refill is definitely necessary. The front desk also makes mistake with the upfront deposit which they claimed is system error. I made 2 bookings and had stayed in the hotel from 24th to 28th April. The only appreciation is that I had a cake for my birthday during the stay.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Front Office leadership teams for immediate review and improvement. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the lift delays while our refurbishment program is underway and appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We love this hotel & have been staying here for years. It's located in a great spot, close to the railway, darling harbour, the rocks etc. We are always well looked after & as we have been coming here for a long time the staff know us. The room was fabulous, the staff treated us as family. We had wonderful time.
