Not worth the price for none service. Had to ask for basic things like towels in the room. Location of course was great but not the price tag. Walking through the busy lobby and bar with only bathing suits is weird ( we didn't receive any on our first day)

Great other than v limited gluten free or dairy free options in the gold lounge. The toiletries are divine. The chromecast system on the tv is finicky but otherwise great stay and lovely ambience. We also had drinks in the downstairs resto upon arrival that tasted amazing

Great hotel, very convenient location post flight, staff fantastic. Booking process regarding price match guarantee was very disappointing. Would not price match on a “discounted rates” which did not seem in line with the published terms and conditions on your site. Not sure if I would rebook given the poor experience

My stay was mostly fine but I had a few issues: -the first time I went to the lounge, i waited more than 20 minutes after i sat down and was never offered even water, i left and returned later that evening - the pool area was very dirty - the phone in my room did not work - my breakfast had soft boiled eggs rather than soft basted as I requested, which is rather upsetting at the prices of the hotel.
