Convenient location in downtown, just a few blocks from Robson street, yet still quiet for a good night's rest. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. My son forgot his baby blanket at the hotel and they were able to retrieve it. We were more than pleased of their patience and kindness in the search for the blanket.

The staff at this hotel have always been great, very friendly and helpful front desk. The location of the hotel is great for downtown access and access to transit both the buses as well as a short walk to a skytrain stations, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. One thing to keep in mind is the hotel is in an older historic building so soundproofing isn't as good as you would find in more modern hotels, but ear plugs can help with this, I never find street noise to be an issue but I do find that the noise inside the building does travel from other rooms and the hallway, but this is to be expected when staying in a historic older building. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained, the shower is nice and they have some of the nicest smelling body wash and shampoo of any hotel I have been at the mint scent is the best. As the hotel is downtown on the main entertainment street it can get busy especially on weekends.
