Nice quiet room, good for getting over jet lag (flew from Australia). Breakfast was though included really wasn’t worth the effort to go to, much better to pay at a local cafe (like a place called Brunch on Granville St).

Room is small and dark. We stayed at Silveri in HK so was interested to explore this hotel. Upon arrival in evening, the door was locked at night which meant not a good neighborhood. Next time we shall try the Fairmont.

A lot of shops within walking distance. It is a bit of a night life scene. If noise is a factor, might not suit ya. (Right next to a bar). It didn’t bother us. Friendly and attentive staff. Small elevator. Cozy room. Our room was tidy. Smell was 8/10. Bedding didn’t smell all that fresh. But comfortable bed and pillows :) Would stay again bc of hotel rate.

Very accommodating staff. We came early and we were allowed to store luggage and discover City as we waited to check in time. I found it a challenge and somewhat cumbersome getting into hotel for a senior citizen. Had to access thru the bar next door in our attempts to avoid stairs at entrance and to reach elevator to rooms. Love the shower and clean towels.

We love the building and were surprised to see it a lot different than in google reviews, but still a great aesthetic. Front desk staff were 10/10 helpful. The room was perfect. As part of our stay we paid for breakfast. The vibe change was immediate. The folks working the morning shift were not thrilled to be there. I understand people may have bad days but this was everyone. Additionally the food was decent enough and even though we arrived around 9AM and have a full hour left before buffet ended there was not a lot of it and not refilled often. Lastly the pre-check in text feels downright like phishing.
