All staff were amazing and friendly and welcoming! Our room was very clean, beds super comfy. The area was a bit sketchy, but it's a very busy area, so we felt quite safe, even walking back to our hotel from the concert venue, about a block away. The hotel has security and the doors are locked in the evenings. The welcome treats were a very pleasant surprise! We were also very surprised when they told us our room was ready and we could check in before noon, rather than just storing our luggage until 3. Also, the day we departed, we were able to store our luggage in a locked area, while we explored the city until it was time to head to the airport. Would definitely recommend and stay here again, if ever in the area!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Belmont. The staff, particularly Dean were incredibly helpful and provided a very high, genuine level of customer service. The room was clean and fit my needs for the stay. Street noise was a little loud, but too be expected in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Will definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying with this establishment. Location and service was superb and so was this time. However, this time we were assigned a room that is right next to the staircase and noticed how it get really loud and stumpy when people are accessing the stairways. I was awaken numerous time throughout the night due to how loud the steps were.
