We arrived bags in hand at lobby without a reservation. As an AllGold Explorer , staff went out of their way to accommodate us , even with a free upgrade. I was just about to cancel my membership but will now reconsider.

The staff was so helpful with our stay, it was our first time as Americans in Canada and the entire front desk helped us locate places nearby and recommended places for us to visit! We needed some extra things during our stay and it was a simple call to the front desk and they brought it right up to our room. Needless to say we will be back during our next trip!
