I thought the service was excellent and accommodations were fantastic. The nice little touch i noticed was the complimentary additions upon my first night like the goodies and toiletries when i was missing some stuff

The room that i booked was king and it stinks like crazy. Then i had to told the staff serval times then they tried to spray room freshener which did nothing. The they moved us to another room which was different from the one that i booked. Overall really bad experience.

Beds were super comfortable but the room was small. Not much walking around room, no fridge, not much space. Had a great sleep though and we were super close to the venue we came for so that was great. All the staff is amazing and helpful, they go above and beyond!

The hotel lobby was great. The staff were wonderful and went over and above. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was bad, a tiny room shoved in a corner with film over the window to prevent you from seeing the alley. We switched rooms and got to see the options first. Ended up with a nice renovated room that was spacious. They had installed another pane of windows because the street noise is terrible. You can hear people shouting, cars honking constantly and sirens every half hour. The alley beside the hotel was a hang out for homeless and right on the corner of Granville street. Didn’t feel very safe. Front door has no ramp so you have to haul your suitcases up the stairs.

Both well located and comfortable accommodations. Nice shower/bathroom and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice touch to have a beverage on check in.
