Staff are lovely and Beds are comfortable but the rooms are small, fan in the bathroom loud and comes on frequently and the lift incredibly slow. Large amount of drugs and homelessness in the area. Breakfast was very good though.

I loved everything about it! It was extremely clean, everyone was so nice and helpful, and the location was amazing for walking around. It’s always a little funny choosing accommodations as an out of towner because while it was super walkable I didn’t realize it was such a lively street. I still got a good sleep every night and the air conditioning was wonderful. The breakfast was such a highlight too! I love when breakfast is that easy and the buffet was very very good!

Wonderful few days here. Great location, lovely room, lovely staff!. Bed very comfortable and lovely bedding also. Breakfast in Irish bar attached to hotel was lovely each morning. They have a couple of loan bikes available so I took one for a few hours to ride to and around Stanley Park.

The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and nice. They were able to check me in a little earlier and change my room from 2 double beds to 1 bed, since I was traveling solo. I loved the texting options where I could ask for any help that way. I was able to rent a bike one day and when I was running late, they were able to confirm no one had it reserved after me. The room was very comfortable and clean. The furniture and design looked recently updated. The welcome drink + chocolates were a nice little addition. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

While the room was generally satisfactory, the thinness of the walls and floors meant it felt like we were sharing our room at times. One side of the bed was right against a wall which made entry and exit for the one of us on that side complicated. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price. There was no recognition of my being an ALL Gold member and no final invoice was emailed to me as usually occurs in the Accor hotels I stay in.
