This is my hotel of choice when staying in Vancouver. The only thing I didn't like was staying in a handicapped room, but that is on me - I should have asked the front desk not to put me in one.

We’ve been at Fairmont Pacific Rim 3 times and we always booked the gold room. The food from breakfast to dessert was excellent! Customer service is top notch! Check in and check out was seamless!

Loved the hotel, location, staff, room (that bidet!); and view. Only minor shortcoming: the lobby was overrun with humanity to the point that it was unwelcoming and chaotic. And how about something other than sushi at the lobby restaurant?

It was a great experience and enjoyed the service. My only feedback is that if you can include a coffee or tea mug in the rooms. Drinking coffee with a glass tall cup was a bit awkward.

We live in Florida and have never stayed at a Fairmont property before. We stayed at both the Toronto Fairmont York and Vancouver Fairmont Pacific Rim on this winter visit. We rode the Canada Via Rail through the Rockies and had a fantastic time start to finish. We had never been to Vancouver and loved it. We will likely return in a future summer. Great trip in total.
