The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around the city, The lobby has a stylish, sophisticated ambience that immediately makes the hotel feel welcoming without being overly formal. One of my favorite touches was the sushi served in the lobby, DELISH! Overall, the Pacific Rim combines a great location, beautiful atmosphere, and thoughtful dining experiences in a way that really stands out. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Vancouver, whether for business or pleasure.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, wayyy too many issues for the price. Off the top of my head: Terrible scratchy sheets that reeked of bleach, uncomfortable bed, door that didn’t close properly, and was difficult to open, fridge that didn’t get cold, toilet that broke, music all day through the wall, housekeeping that rang the bell at 9:25 on a Saturday morning, broken glass that remained throughout the week, jacket stolen from the wedding, lights in bathroom keep turning off mid use. While you guys did your best to fix some of the issues, there were simply too many issues for the rate.

We had a wonderful 4 night-stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in late August 2026. The staff was extremely welcoming and always attentive to our needs. We had a lovely dinner at the Lobby Lounge and Raw Bar our first night. We loved the creative sushi offerings and craft cocktails while enjoying the live music and energetic vibe in the lobby. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the daily housekeeping and turndown services. The Valet team was also super efficient and friendly. We also got some great restaurant recommendations by the bellhop and concierge teams. We will definitely stay here for our next visit!
