The rooms are exquisite. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is quite disorganized on the gold floor. The idea of a chef cooking your breakfast is great but the staff are overwhelmed and then it gets confusing with some of it as buffet style, some not. We were left waiting for a very long time for a salmon bagel or very small omelette. They either need more staff in the morning or make it completely buffet style. The other food options during the day on the gold floor are wonderful.
