This hotel is still one of the best luxury hotel options in Vancouver, depending on the price (rates can range on whether cruise ships are in port or business conferences). We got a good package via Chase Edit, that included a points redemption bonus. I would not hesitate to stay again under similar circumstance. The pop up barrel sauna and cold plunge was great. The included breakfast was good quality, and hotel hosts often knew my name. The sushi place in the lobby was great too for a quick lunch. Super pet friendly for our small dogs, with no added fee. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. Only significant issue was there was no option for a late checkout (it’s space available using the Edit rate). This is likely because we were checking out on a Saturday and the hotel was fully committed that night. We travel often and this was the first time I can recall no flexibility, even a 1 pm option. There are some other ways to book that include guaranteed late checkout, but didn’t check this time to see if those rates were comparable to what we paid. Had we gotten the 4 pm checkout, this would have been a 10 rated stay.

Clean, good location, comfortable Improve by adding tea bags in the suite. Our suite had no tea bags. We requested but it came late.

This was my second stay at this property, and it once again exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love both the hotel itself and the consistently excellent service. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking view of the harbor framed by the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was a true highlight, featuring a luxurious deep soaking tub along with a separate walk in shower, which made it easy to fully relax after a long day. I also took advantage of the fitness center, which was modern, open, and exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The pool/hot tub and spa area were equally impressive, thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, creating a serene and upscale atmosphere. In the evenings, the lobby bar really comes alive with energetic ambiance and live music each night. The food and drinks were outstanding and the sashimi was so fresh and delicious. Overall, this property continues to impress on every level, and I would gladly return again.
