Several issues came up during our stay 1. AC not cooling in the room. Despite engineering intervening. After change of room, it got better but it was not until 2 days after our stay 2. Shower in room not working on day 1. Hand shower keeps sliding down on its stand. Engineering had to be called. 3. Went to restaurant for breakast and service was poor. Server not willing to help with menu modification despite our dietary restrictions Have stayed at Fairmont before and loved our experience which prompted us to book again. But overall very disappointed with the experience and stay this time.
