We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location next to Christchurch Airport, the easy walking access to Spitfire Square, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of your room. I’m very sorry to learn about your experience with the air conditioning. A loud howling or resonating noise is certainly not acceptable and would understandably make it difficult to relax or sleep. Your comments have been shared with our Maintenance team for immediate investigation, as this is not the standard we expect from our in-room systems.
