I am pleased to hear that you found our location convenient for transit, that your check-in process was smooth, and that you were happy with your room on arrival. However, I am very sorry to learn that the housekeeping service during your stay did not meet expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies that your room was not properly serviced and that your towels were not replaced. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver, and I completely understand your disappointment. Your feedback has been shared with our Executive Housekeeper and the Housekeeping team so that this can be reviewed with the team and additional coaching provided where necessary. Kia Ora, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you found your room clean and comfortable and that you enjoyed a good night's sleep. However, I am very sorry to learn that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. After arriving at 1:30am with a prepaid reservation and being an ALL Accor member, I completely understand how frustrating it would have been to wait almost 25 minutes to check in, particularly when there were no other guests waiting. Please accept my sincere apologies for this delay. We strive to provide a smooth and efficient arrival experience, especially for guests arriving late at night, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short. Your feedback regarding the speed of check-in, making better use of the information already provided, and ensuring our team is fully knowledgeable has been shared with our Front Office team for review and coaching.
