On check-in I asked for assistance regarding an upcoming stay. While the gentleman checking me in acknowledged the issue I was fobbed off with I will look into it and get back to you. Unsurprisingly this did not happen. Based on my current travel schedule I will be staying at the hotel a minimum of two times a month so the help would have been appreciated.
