Apart from being in an excellent location, well appointed and great views over the apron all staff met were fantastic, from front desk to cleaning staff . Particularly shout out to gentleman on front desk at 4am who was understanding and empathetic of my delayed arrival and ensured smooth checkin and a friendly smile - sometimes the smaller things matter most - thank you - I’ll be back!

The hotel stay was fine

I’m pleased to hear that your stay was overall satisfactory, however I’m sorry to learn about the confusion and disappointment regarding your loyalty points. Please accept my sincere apologies for this situation. Unfortunately, as the booking appears in our system as having been made via a third-party channel, we are unable to award ALL loyalty points for this stay. In some cases, bookings made through partners such as Qantas — including when Qantas points are used — can display on our side as being processed via Expedia. I understand how frustrating this must be, particularly if you believed the booking was made directly, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Large comfortable room with runway view. Easy access to the airport (5 minute walk) Bathroom setup was a bit strange. Top floor restaurant was very good.

The room was ok, not a outstanding place, especially for the price, and having to pay $60 for parking was a large cost,
