Good location, comfy bed and good amenities but the room had an issue with temperature control and would rattle whenever the temperature dropped - kept us up all night. Staff were very friendly at check in and apologetic of the issues and were going to get back to us about a possible refund - as we paid over $350 AUD for the night to get as much sleep as possible. Unfortunately with a baby in the room we couldn’t get up and shift in the night easily.

We stayed two nights at the hotel on arrival and before departure from Christchurch. We had a wonderful stay, the staff decorated our room for our sons birthday and left our boys treats which was so appreciated and made them feel very special. The staff were great and we were well taken care of at the restaurant for both the dinner and breakfast we had there. Food was delicious and room service was quick and yummy. The bathroom was sort of a weird layout and we could have done with a few more wash clothes as there was four of us and we were only given two but other than that everything was amazing and we will definitely return in the future.

Everyone communicated well and were very friendly and helpful. Travelling solo with a very active 6 year old can be challenging however the staff at check in, Breakfast and check out were very accomodating and made my time stress free.
