Close to the centre of the city and the Metro Bus Interchange with friendly, helpful reception staff. For an Accor the breakfast was disappointing; just because this is considered a budget operation is no reason to lower the standards.

Check in was easy, staff were nice however quite transactional. My room was tiny with no windows, thankfully a large mirror made the room feel bigger. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed in a small room it was clean and well serviced with a window, you couldn't see out of but it bought natural light into the room. Downstairs breakfast was great, I ate once in the restaurant and I can't complain. Overall for what I played in this day and age 👌

A stay let down on many fronts, extremely poor water pressure during a cold and wet week in Christchurch, paid for the stay in full and then reception asking for more money at checkout, promises by management to look into the issues broken.
