I have been staying at BreakFree for three years now and will not stay anywhere else. It has everything I need, it is more than comfortable and the staff are fantastic as are the meals.

Initially had a family room. No seats in the room for 4 people. Was very dark and cramped. Moved to 2 separate rooms, one of which was just as bad as the family room i.e. no chairs, bathroom was very small and cramped and only a small window to let outside light in. Expected better from the Accor chain.

I had a good experience. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I found the room staff missed things eg. accidentally took one of my Key Cards, and didn't replace things like milk, coffee sachets etc. Once I commented on this they remedied it immediately. The room was small but clean and well designed, and had everything I needed.
