I found walking through the restaurant to get to the reception imposing on guests trying to enjoy their food or their down time. Staff rather helpful. Found the rooms extremely small for two people.

Exceptional staff in all departments & room very comfortable & real value for money. Why I didn't give a 10 .... the deep fried chicken in butter milk & maple syrup was very overcooked & as I ordered it at around 8.30pm I have a feeling it had been just been re-deep fried. I mentioned my dissatisfaction of my meal to gentlemen on desk when I checked-out & he apologized & said he'd pass-on my complaint. I felt maybe a refund or the meal would have gone a long way.

I’ve stayed here a few times and the experience has always been good. Got a room upgrade with Accor Explorer plus. Room is on the small side but fine for my two noght stay. Only issue was that there were no clear tables at breakfast one morning as the empty tables hadnt been cleared. It was fine the next day.

Room very small but all I needed and excellent for 1 person. Chose no windows /inner room as only there to sleep and this worked out just fine.
