I stayed in the premium king room, which was supposed to be one of the best rooms. While the room was well decorated, the room facilities weren’t up to the par of the decor. The sink was clogged. Water stayed in the sink for a while before draining. The TV was so old that I couldn’t chrome cast. No one cared to set the clock. It was 5 hours behind the current time. And worst of all, the bed was too soft in the middle. It was as if there was so spring left at that particular part of the bed. This resulted in a sleepless night and a should pain after waking up. In addition, the desk chair was a cheap metal chair that was so uncomfortable to sit and work even with the help of the cushion. If you treat the premium room like this, I doubt if the cheaper room would be any different. On a flip side, the room was clean and the temperature was perfect. The coffee and tea facilities was plentiful and the bathroom amenities were great. I also enjoyed the small but mighty breakfast ranges. The location is second to none.
