The Hotel is right in town which is fantastic for out of towners. The reception staff are mostly friendly and attentive.

The rooms are way too small for 2 people and not having were to park safely is not good enough, if I didn't pay upfront for my last 2 nights in Christchurch I would have cancelled my stay. I will not book your hotel again

Dear Wilfredo, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about your recent stay with us. Sorry to hear that you found our Double Rooms to be too small for your liking. These are advertised at 10sqm and imagery do reflect the compactness of the room. Our Standard Queen, King and Premium Rooms are larger in size and perhaps better suited to your requirements. In terms of parking, we do offer car parking for our guests at $25 per night in a secured car park at the back of the hotel. This is advertised across all of our booking platforms to assist with providing the most accurate information at the time of booking. If this parking does not suit then there are three different Wilsons car parks within minutes' walk of the hotel, but these are also paid options. Street parking would have been recommended as this is free between 5pm and 9am daily. Thanks again for your time and feedback. Regards, James Cunningham (General Manager)
