I didn’t expect the unit to be so far from the restaurant. I had no car and it was only because I asked for help with my heavy bag that I was offered a lift. Perhaps the helpful reception staff could ask if you have a car at check in.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Amazing location, surrounded by lakes & golf course. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our dinner on both nights. Will surely come back.

Garden room was good with kitchen & cutlery utensils. King room didn’t have utensils or plates to make breakfast which made it difficult for an early morning start. The management knew we had to be departing before 7am breakfast.

Peppers Christchurch provided excellent service, clean rooms and a lovely outlook. After our flight was diverted to Christchurch we called just after midnight and were able to get the last available room. A special thank you to the night manager, Chris, who after a very stressful day of travel, checked us in at 1am, helped with our bags, drove us to our room, found a cot and delivered it to our door and helped us with late check out. We would definitely stay again, thank you!
