Had an issue with incorrect billing. When I raised the issue, the response was one of blame despite my attempts to explain the error. Quite frankly, some of the poorest customer service I have experienced for some time - blunt, rude and not customer focused. When I arrived, I considered coming back to experience the entire facilities but after the experience, I won't be. Giving the respect of not putting in a title so you can hopefully look at improving the service without publicly sharing my experience.

I wasn't sure if it was explicitly stated somewhere, but we didn't realise that the check-in was separate to where we were staying. So parked in the carpark, took our bags in to the check-in desk, only to be told we have to drive to our accommodation. It would be great to get a separate email or text to let us know the situation of where the check-in desk is versus the accommodation and the two aren't necessarily in the same location. Apart from that, we enjoyed the room and view from the balcony. Not so much the stairs though!
