The apartment was spacious. Small issue with cleaning from previous tenants. That was sorted out promptly. Breakfast menu and dinner were enjoyable.

quite a walk from reception to room especially in the rain. had to request reception could drop us kids and luggage to the room. had one great staff member who picked us up in the cart when she saw us walking back to the room in the rain after asking if there was a spare umbrella and being declined.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide. You should not have needed to request assistance, and you should have been offered help proactively. We have stayed here several times & each time we go back it is more deteriorated always have light bulbs that don’t work this time there was no clear direction on how to get from the apartment driveway into the actual apartment it was dark & very poorly lit.

It is concerning to hear that the apartment condition, lighting, wayfinding, and cleanliness did not meet expectations, especially as a returning guest and Gold ALL member. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I fully understand how frustrating this would have been. Your comments about the deteriorating condition, faulty light bulbs, poor lighting, unclear access, and housekeeping issues have been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. We are already reviewing lighting checks, wayfinding signage, and room inspection processes to prevent this from happening again. Please accept our sincere apologies for the impact this had on your stay and on your willingness to recommend the resort.
