I had made original booking on Accor website using my Accor membership . However on reading details of room I realised the bathroom at Christchurch may be dufferent from my usual experience at Novotel Hamilton so I made contact with the Hotel. A room change was made as I needed a walk in shower due to a disability with my artificial legs. An email came back assuring me that this was done. However when I checked into the Hotel it was was 3 rooms later before a walk in shower was located in a room for me. Hotel staff were very good however.

Everything was fine room ok bathroom small and configuration a little different

I just stayed one night and great location, room service quick and tasty food. Some of the veneer on the joinery showing a bit of wear. Overall satisfied with the stay

Although, a lady called us before our arrival t welcome us and ask for our preferences for the wine, on arrival the reception found no comments noted.we had to answer those questions again. As for the update we got the usual Accor response, "sorry, we are fully booked". I had two rooms booked bit received only one bottle of wine. Otherwise, the stay was good.

The best things was your reception staff, with special thanks to Mr Shah. I am giving 7, as i am not happy with your breakfast. Your buffet menu is very monotonous with no changes on any day. There are no choices for multicultural people like myself with roots from India. Your chefs have no innovation, and they make same thing each second and every day. There is always a need for innovation, the way they cook and organise is so poor. With this much cost of stay, you are asking 4.5 dollars for a cappuccino which should be ideally freely available to improve your brand.
