Staff lovely the rest is down hill. Room dated, small and unclean( other person hairs on carpet), furniture and paint work scuffed, bath dangerously slippery despite slip mat- I fell, uht instead of fresh milk that is provided in less expensive accommodation and you advertise that you don’t use single use plastic anymore, ridiculously expensive -not value for money I felt taken advantage of And to top it off I was emailed an invoice addressed to Mr T.- I am a female!

Was greeted on arrival and had no issues with the parking. I like this location because it provides very easy access to my customers, which are in in all directions around the city. Would highly recommend the Novotel for business travellers to Christchurch.

We are a family of three and had a twin executive room (2 double beds). Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, with a tourist tram stop out the front. Breakfasts and dinners were good, although breakfast staff were hard to find at times (to order eggs, and coffee). Staff were always very friendly, and eager to help. No complaints at all.
