We had a great long weekend based at the Novotel with many entertainment, dining and cultural options within easy walking distance. As a Gold ALL member I was fortunate to be upgraded to a wonderful room with amazing views over the city to the mountains, staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I visited for work and found the location to be very good, quite central and the hotel has all the basic requirements in terms of restaurant and gym facilities. The team are very friendly, particularly front desk and breakfast team - there is very good customer service here which makes a huge difference to guest experience.
