Was pretty annoyed to wake up in the morning and not beable to have and hot shower there was no hot water 😒

Disappointing, no where to drop off people out side as cars were parked in drop off zone. No car parks left in hotel building as it wasn’t offered at time of booking. I ask for adjoining rooms, but ended up separate. Disappointing..

The staff at the counter were very busy, they delt with the customer very quickly and one of them was dealing with tourist who were talking in a foreign language. Did not have to wait long and a big smile was great.
