Location, service and price are plus points. Room can be a bit bigger. In Breakfast, Fruits and Non-Veg items were kept on same shelf - not very suitable for Vegetarians. Veg. Breakfast items are limited and repetitive. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

We had lovelly 3 nights in Christchurch, the hotel is in a great position, centrally located, breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff were very courteous but Daniel on reception was most helpful and efficient, sorting our queries with ease and sharing his local knowledge, making our stay even better.

Location is the best part of this hotel. If you don't have an accor membership (We also weren't asked if we did at reception or prompted to join) then you have to pay for Wi-Fi. It's not super expensive, but better priced for long stays. We stayed two nights so cost us $20, plus parking, it adds up. The bathrooms need updating, the stupid shower screen does nothing. The floor is slightly shaped to drain but the water goes everywhere. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Rolls around everywhere though. Black out curtains are amazing quality, couldn't see any of the city lights at all!

It was nice hotel staff lovely but the beds in the room were horrible they kept sliding with the wheels underneath which made the bed quite uncomfortable but everything else was great

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It has decent affordable prices, and good location, plus it's staff is very friendly and customer oriented. The breakfast was good, though I would have liked to see more variety of food or change in the food day over day.

Enjoyed my stay but disappointed that my request for a room away from the elevator could not be accommodated. Would have enjoyed it more if that had been the case.

The staff here were amazing. We were unfortunately staying in Chch due to a relative who suddenly had a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated whilst visiting Chch (from Auckland.) He was in Intensive Care for a few days and eventually transferred to Auckland. On informing the staff of the situation and of the possiblility of ongoing accomodation required everyone went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. Their ongoing support was amazing. The fact that the staff were so caring made our stay bearable. The staff need to know how much their caring manner was appreciated at a difficult time.

The hotel is well situated for a walking tour of Christchurch. The bar is very pleasant and breakfast was good value, although would have liked the option of fried eggs not just scrambled. Service was very good and overall the hotel exceeded our expectations.
