My time at your esteemed hotel was truly comfortable and enjoyable, and I would like to highlight several aspects that contributed to this positive experience. The professionalism and warmth of your staff across all departments were particularly noteworthy. I would like to extend special recognition to Ms. Samira, Yassine, Mohammed Ali, Sherif and the Chef Ibrahim, whose dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The attentiveness and friendly demeanor of the front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams were commendable and made me feel genuinely welcome. Furthermore, I was impressed by the high standard and meticulous maintenance of the hotel facilities. The overall ambiance contributed significantly to a relaxing and pleasant environment. The hotel's strategic location, with its convenient access to transportation and the Dubai Metro station within walking distance, was also a significant advantage, allowing for effortless exploration of the city. Good modern hotel - Ruined by terrible staff attitude

Check-in agent the most unhelpful person I’ve encountered in an Accor hotel. More interested attending to her phone. Doorman unimpressed to load bags onto the trolley from car Good pool but just not worth the hassle. The ‘lifeguard’ berates kids for anything more than just doing laps. Too many rules! Breakfast is on the lower end of Novotel standards as far as selection goes. However, the egg station was good and the chef excellent. The first smiling face in the hotel. Well appointed rooms with world plugs Staff & management couldn’t care less about the Accor loyalty program and member (diamond) benefits. Not a single benefit was granted/awarded. Okay for a short business stay but with family I’d be looking elsewhere until the staffing situation changes at this hotel.
