Everything/everybody were exceptionally perfect except keys need on daily basis activation, telephone calls unattended, short of staff & lobby security witn no english for communication. Location is outstanding. Neatness is of a high standard. Mr. Khaled was a big rescue for the reception although it's not his main responsibility.

Everything was great except that the room booking was for three adults but the room or service was to accommodate two people so we had to keep calling for extra items like extra towels, extra cups, coffee etc. which was sometimes frustrating. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
