The room floor was extremely dirty and sticky — it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Overall hygiene was at a very low level and completely unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, they canceled my refund without a proper explanation, which is very disappointing and unprofessional. This made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this place unless cleanliness and customer service improve drastically.

Ultimately I’ve decided to book this hotel as I was doing surgery in the hospital adjacent to it. The customer service and hospitality was more than great. The food was also great and they’ve also given us a free cheesecake for the night! My only complaint was that the pillow was rock hard and was so uncomfortable for the night. However, they did have a note saying they offer 3 different types of pillows but it was too late at night and I didn’t ask for an alternative.
