On the day of our check in we noticed there was an annoying sound coming from the speakers. When we asked to get it checked around 2pm, a guy from staff came with us, didn’t even walk into the room and said he can’t hear anything and told us if it doesn’t go away we could change rooms. We told him the noise is happening as we spoke multiple times. We went out and came back to the room at around 9pm. The noise was still present, so we went to the reception desk. The same man started to gaslight us and telling it must be the AC (as if we don’t know how does AC sound like) and didn’t want to listen to us. When I told him he said we could change rooms if the noise continues he gave us a key to another room. The room also had that issue, but we were tired of discussions so we decided to stay. The room was very dirty, walls had many stains and the windowsills were sticky. One of the pillows was dirty and because we prefer to sleep under two different duvets we came downstairs to get another pillow and one more duvet. The same guy told us the housekeeping is out for today and we can’t get another duvet, but he will send us a pillow later. Later turned out to be 4 hours later. In the meantime we went after 1-2h to ask what is taking so long, and he said he’s finishing his shift and that he will let the next shift know and they will bring us a pillow. When we came to the reception desk after midnight the next shift said they didn’t know anything about this and gave us a pillow instantly.
