Upon arrival we were denied the deal that is currently happening. TV didn’t work and no one came to fix it after calling reception. No fresh water in room. Fridge did not work. QR code in room did not work. My partner and I were fairly disappointed after paying so much money for a room we could not use to full capacity.

Mecure-specific pool and its facilities were closed. We were surrounded by construction which started at 7 am and continued six days a week. We were not made aware that there was construction nor that the facilities were closed. The only access to pool was the shared pool and restaurants with other resorts. We were surrounded by temporary fencing making it somewhat difficult to get to and from our villa. We would not have booked this property had it been on the website that construction was going on or at least the extent of the construction. Tried to get room service late Saturday night and was told they had run out of food.

Spent $330 to stay in a pool villa for my birthday. Beautiful tranquil location however was woken to grinding and power tools just after 7am the following day. Should be advertised prior to booking the stay and work should not be allowed until a more reasonable hour. Very disappointing for the price paid as a platinum member.
