Travelling with my sister I booked a Resort Family Room 1 King and 2 Single Beds well in advance of our stay in April. Upon arrival we were advised we has been upgraded to a new area, the Rapid Creek Villas. Could not have been happier. Bedrooms and living area both very spacious. Both bedrooms had their own private patio area, so you could sit outside without disturbing anybody that had gone to bed. Although we booked this hotel as we wanted close proximity to the airport it was so quiet, and had a nature reserve to the rear of our room. Included breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Did not have time to use the pools, but looked great. I would happily stay here again.

The room itself is beautiful, we stayed in a pool villa. The privacy was amazing, felt like we were miles away from everything. Staff were very friendly. We were able to check in early. A few cons to our stay- Pool wasn’t exactly clean when we arrived, had to fish out bugs and leaves and empty skimmer. Fridge was not cold due to poor maintenance, fan was frozen over. Can’t get room service for breakfast, selected a villa so we didn’t have to leave and wouldn’t have been able to keep anything in the fridge as it was warm.
