I have stayed at this Mercure three times in the last 6 weeks and have really enjoyed my previous two stays however this stay unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The pick up from the airport was great and check in was smooth however there were a few problems in the room which I notified the staff upon check out but there was no compensation or apology. The power point next to the bed didn’t work which wasn’t a big issue however in the morning I discovered the fridge wasn’t working properly which meant I had to throw away the sandwich I was going to have for breakfast. There was also a problem with the kettle so I couldn’t have a coffee in the morning. I really like this hotel and planned to stay here in the future however this experience has left me quite disappointed.

We were attending the NT Surf Life Saving Championships at Casuarina Beach. The Mercure allowed us the hire a car at the airport, parking securely and have access to all of Darwin. Pool was great for kids and restaurant was good quality food and service.

My wife and I just stayed for a few hours overnight while waiting for a plane at 0930 hours. We are a little bit older and carrying our bags in the wee hours of the morning up a flight of stairs was awkward. We also found the bathroom not as clean as it could of been. But a very comfortable bed to sleep in for 5 odd hours. It was very conveniently close to the airport. Thank you for our stay.

Great overnight stay. Upgrade to one bedroom apartment appreciated. ALL status recognised with welcome gift. Initial problem with room as it had no cold water however swapped to a different room with minimal hassle. Facilities at Mercure shared with adjacent Novotel including an outstanding pool and bar area. Dinner at restaurant was good with excellent service from staff including Sarah. They can organise a shuttle golf cart to take you from resort to airport. Would stay here again.

Very pleased with being able to walk to the terminal although by chance the shuttle bus was on hand at the perfect moment. Good , sensibly priced meal in restaurant. Good room & bed .Less expensive than Novotel & closer than the Ibis . Appreciated dropping our luggage off earlier in the day .
