Arrived Darwin airport in middle night, called hotel for pickup but no body answering! Called three times then a van showed up around 15mins later, but driver was in extremely hurry he just past away without a second stop! Have to call hotel again with another three calls, then finally got vehicle total waited more than 30min. What the reception stuff and driver doing????? Novotel rooms is closer to reception compare with other two hotel which is good, but room facility is too old, even didn't find power socket to charge mobile near bed.
