Air conditioner not worked, staff suggest open door and windows, but it so noisy as hotel located between railway and highway. Internet wifi also doesn't work in the room

The hotel overlooks a motorway on one side and a railroad on the other. And since the window have very poor sound insulation, it is super noisy in the rooms. We were offered another room where the windows were a bit more tight, but we could still hear the road traffic at night for two consecutive nights. :-(
