The staff were excellent. Dissapointingly , our room was badly in need of refurbishment and it was on the noisy side of the hotel. Also there was no fridge. We were accommodated with a quiet room on the second night which was much better.

The heater was noisy for 3 nights and I couldn't sleep and there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. Also, I requested the hotel to share my payment receipt and they never did. The wifi disconnects every 2 minutes

I am surprised by the statement that there was no technician on site who could help you. This must have been a misunderstanding, because we do of course have a “technical” colleague in-house. when in Munich area I always stay with you; ease of location, I know the area and train schedules and staff has always been helpful I was wondering why there was no refrigerator in the room.
