The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good every morning. However, the door was not easy to close and needed extra power sometimes. Maybe due to this, when I asked the room cleaning one day during my stay, the room was kept open, and the cleaner's card key remained. I didn't keep any variable object there, and the staff were kind to check the room with me afterwards, so it was fine.

I stayed 2 nights at this property. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was larger than I expected, the bed was very comfortable, there was also a mini bar in the room and the breakfast was the typical buffet style served in Germany. However, I was surprised that the room I was given was being used for guests because of the horrible state of the carpet in the room, (filthy and many stains), and the mold in the grouting of the shower.

The shower was running cold, the shower gel was empty and the hairdryer was broken. I found two hairs that didn’t belong to me. The staff was very friendly though and the room overall nice.
