Poorly designed toilet

The toilet design is bad , no ventilation and the door doesn’t reach the ceiling, if someone is using the toilet the whole room can just smell it. not a good idea if you’re traveling with family. I will stay in another hotel next time since i have never encountered such a poorly designed toilet.

My living experience is general good. But when i checked in, the staff asked me your reservation was a twin bed room. I say yes, then he told me to upgrade me to double bed cox i was staying alone. it was disappointed when i moved in, it was remained unchanged!

I paid for my accommodation in full and it already reflected as deducted on my credit card as of July 2023. But when I arrived at the hotel, your “policy” insist that I still present the card I used to pay for the stay. I did not bring it with me because it’s fully paid already and they refused to acknowledge it. So I needed up paying it in full again just so my son and I can proceed with the stay. I am waiting for the refund back to my credit card for what I paid for last July 2023 for my stay Sept 15-19 2023
