Amazing experience at Mercure Singapore!I stayed there for my birthday and the team made it truly special with a wonderful surprise that touched me deeply. The staff was incredibly kind, professional and attentive during my whole stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, well located and perfect to enjoy Singapore easily.Thank you again to the entire team for making my birthday unforgettable. The hotel was clean and felt like new. It was a 1-night stay for us but we enjoyed it. The hospitality was nice as usual and the room arrangement (it was a loft!) was really nice and made the room feel larger than it was, especially when travelling with a toddler and several large suitcases. Location wise was nice, not too crowded but all necessities were within walking distance. Looking forward to another red hot deals!

The hotel itself is in a good location close to MRT. But the overall cleanliness needs improvement. Lobby furniture is stained, hallways to rooms dirty and need of a vac. Housekeeping slow to clean rooms (request took 4hrs). The premium lounge was small and not serviced regularly so wasn’t enjoyable. Lots of dirty plates, no water in fridge when I went. Pool nice and they also lend umbrellas and adapters if needed.

the staff was very accommodating. food was great and we were allowed early check in. the room was very clean and the pool was beautiful.
