Kindly allow us to clarify that the room upgrades and complimentary laundry services extended during your previous stays were accorded based on specific booking conditions, including a minimum length of stay and reservations made through a corporate travel agent. As these conditions were not met for this particular booking, the same benefits were unfortunately not applicable. We truly value your continued support and appreciate your understanding.
