Unfortunately, we found the room to be way too small. There was no room to hang clothes or to store suitcases. Had to live out of suitcase which was stowed under the bed. Hand basin in the living area was inappropriate for our needs. The shower was cramped and difficult to negotiate. The staff members at the hotel were lovely and helpful.

Great stay. Hotel room is nice and clean. The hotel is walking distance to Bugis+ , Bugis village and Bugis junction.

I hope you could give me a great discount should I come there again with my kids. No other place, hostel, or hotel would I choose, only Mercure Bugis. Best differentiating factor is your Asst. Manager, Royston Christopher Wu. He is the best! He is an expert in his field, knows the pulse of every nationality he speaks with. He deserves a promotion.
