Reception staff (especially Lorralee) were very good. Titanium Bar staff were also very good. The bed in the room could have been more comfortable but all facilities within the room were good. Air Conditioner got a good run.

Your accommodation was excellent. Well located, excellent condition and very happy with our stay. We will be back. The only downer on the location is the car park. It needs work, ie pot holes need filling and it needs an elevator to get down from the top level. A bit unstable for older folk.

Zero soundproof. Room next to super noisy street, get ready to by up by 4am. Earplugs don’t help for old single layer windows and cars with backfire exhaust. I’m a gold Accor member and they put me in the room like this which was also next to elevator, to make it worse. This is the very worst Accor experience I’ve had so far.
