I was early check in the hotel on August 21st 2026. Because the plain changed their schedule to 2:45 am next day. So arrived to your hotel.when asked check in to front desk.Your staff told I have to paying 18…RP. I think that is not fair and I appealed more than 14hours over.After around 6;30am your staff came to me giving checkin 7;00am.to charging 91845RP.Agree with that went to room. didn't get in bed sheets only lying down above the sheets.my legs was itching .I just thought bite by mosquitos when I stayed in lobby of hotel.I had showing your staff. also maintenance staff knew it. I bite all of my legs without covered clothes.I had been traveling three or four times around years.

Decent rooms, large and comfortable. Pool and gym were good... I did think about getting a massage but the spa was just filled with men smoking? Very odd.
