Room and services were fantastic, the reason for the mediocre score is down to the dining experience, a lot of the serving staff very young and inexperienced, I was dining by myself and ordered a main and a dessert and I was seated for 2 hours! I was waiting for the bill for 25 minutes after I finished and the restaurant was barely full

A simple stopover on our journey that was perfect for our needs. Clean, modern and quiet top floor room with balcony. Comfy bed and modern bathroom with a good shower

Room was right underneath ventilation unit asked to be moved took 2 days to move me so moved hotels

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your accommodation and the delay in your room transfer. I have asked maintenance to investigate the noise as the room you were allocated is a long way from any plant which is located above the fourth floor not the third so I'm slightly at a loss as to what the noise was. I'm sorry we couldn't offer a room move sooner, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked from the Monday to the Wednesday which restricted the ability to move your room.
