Please allow us to clarify that the windows in our rooms cannot be opened due to safety regulations and building policies. We understand that air circulation is important, and we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. Regarding the smell in your room, this could have been easily addressed by ensuring the air conditioning was set to the proper mode. Our air conditioning system is designed to provide both cooling and air circulation.
