Hospitable, smiling and helpful staff, near to metro & train station, spacious room with all amenities. It checked all the check boxes and loved the extra towels being in the room, awesome ! Probably location could be far for people who want to visit just the centraal but nothing else !

It was extremely bad. Hotel has nothing to do with Accor chain or any international hotel classifications stars. Hotel staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. Requested to speak to a manager. Request was completely ignored. I highly do not recommend to stay in this hotel, for the night rate many better options available.
