No service, staff was moody and seemed to be bothered by guests. During checkout staff was fighting in front of the guests and was rude. Room wasn’t really clean, hairs everywhere

The bathtub was leaking and the floor was soaking wet after each shower and when I complained to the receptionist her response was we are aware of that and that’s why we are renovating the rooms and there’s nothing else we can do. I was not offered any compensation for this inconvenient situation and I had to call the receptionist for more towels to dry the floors after I shower. Very unpleasant situation
