The lobby area and public areas seemed renovated, nice, and fresh. Rooms would also need a bit of renovation to have a fresher look

The rooms need updating / felt a bit old. And was disappointed with the spa/fitness facilities. Over-run by children - at one point the gym was being used by a man just in a towel while his small children were using the treadmil and cross-trainer totally naked. This is apalling behaviour and there should be restrictions in place for small children. Not the relaxing experience I usually expect with these kind of hotel facilities.
