The lobby and bar area of the hotel were far superior to the rooms above which left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not clean. However, the worst was at 8.40 on Sunday morning the door was opened (without a knock in advance). It could have been room cleaning but I don't know if it was. I phoned reception immediately and asked them to let me know and they did not. I received no call back. So on more than one front, this hotel offers very poor service.

Big room, included minibar, spa, comfortable bed, clean, warm room. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Not so rich breakfast, rooms are old fashioned, bathroom needs improvements. Pricy, but maybe because of the conference.

I got to hotel, but was told that hotel was busy and cannot check in till 15:00. This was very disappointing as I noticed not too much room cleaning was done. Not happy that the swimming pool area was used by children everyday by children till 18:00. As a customer we pay for for all the facilities that the hotel advertised to be available. The staff were all helpfully. The breakfast choice was a little disappointing for the amount you are charged, not too much hot food choice for vegetarian. The lobby area looks fresh but the room were very disappointing, needs a complete refresh and the bathroom was very small and needs major rework as it was leaking and the soap and shampoo was right next to the shower so with no room it could become a safety issue. Also not rail to hold on to coming out of the bath. The towels were worn and needs a refresh.

Not recommendable. The bed was worn out and lack on maintenance was visible, especially in the bathroom with damaged walls and door. Only bright side was the breakfast.

The hotel feels quite old, and unfortunately cleanliness in my room was an issue. For example, the bathroom door had bloody fingerprints on it, which was not acceptable. Fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
