We stayed for 2 nights. First night was lovely. Second night was terrible. When we came back from touring around in a heatwave we were disappointed to find our A/C in the room was not working. Front desk said it was out in whole hotel but that it should be working again in the next 1-2 hours. after 2 hours we again went to front desk and were told it should be working, it was not. They came up to check and agreed it was not working. Front desk person went back to front to see what she could do. Finally, at 11:45pm, they said they could change our room for us or get us a fan. At this time of night we opted for the fan instead of moving all our stuff at midnight. Were we compensated for our lousy night? In our opinion, we were not. They waived the parking fees.....big deal.
