They don't understand customer history. I've stayed here many times, but I've been asked several times,"is this your first time staying here?" Staff lack coordination. We had booked early check-in, but our room wasn't ready, so I went out for another reason and my wife decided to wait in the lobby. While she waited, she ordered coffee, but it seemed the message wasn't transmitted, so staff had to order it again or confirming and have it brought to her. Front staff said the room would be ready in about an hour, but two hours passed and there was still no communication. she went to the front desk to ask, but it seemed they had forgotten to tell us, so they told her it was ready. The key wasn't ready either, so they prepared it and gave it to her little later. It was check-out time, so I assume the front desk was busy, but I wish they would make a note of our requests and make sure they handled them properly. The other issue, I parked my car in hotel parking, but my parking ticket didn't work the exit gate. I had to call to open it. Several guests had been in the same situation. I would like you to check the system.

This hotel is well situated from both the city centre and station. The service is exceptional from all staff and rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We have stayed here around 10 times and never been disappointed.
