Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Why aren't they checked when the room is being prepared for a new guest? Breakfast buffet was poor, there were no lactose free or plant alternatives to milk and yogurt. I have been promised a welcome drink when I reached the silver status but nothing has been offered on my arrival. I still had to fill out a form with my details although I checked in online.

The hotel was central, modern, clean and comfortable. The only negative issue was the lack of kettle and coffee/tea making facilities which would have meant a score of ten rather than nine.
