I stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago and it was run down. Now it is very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly and let us store our bikes inside with the hotel bikes. Very convenient. We arrived early and the lady at reception did her best to give us an early check-in as we were ACCOR gold members. We also got a room upgrade. We will definitely come and stay again!!

Small simple room, does have some noise of the nearby churches and the streets as it is close to a train station. Doesn't have it's own parking. We used it only for 1 night as stopover, so it was alright.

A nice stay close to the main station. A little far from the center, but still manageable, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The AC did not work which led to the room getting quite hot during the heatwave.

The location is excellent-just a short distance from Mainz Hbf, making it very convenient for business travelers and anyone exploring the city. A special thank you to Mr. Sumit, who is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Great little short stay. Room was adequately kitted out could have been improved by having a little mini fridge. Parking was a bit awkward as there were no spaces outside to unload so had to do several trips from the car park with my luggage.
