Dear Mr. K., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your kind words about our staff, but we regret that the service did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding in-room amenities. Please note that a complimentary bottle of water is provided for our Accor members. Given the sometimes drastic rise in purchasing and energy costs over recent years—combined with our commitment to paying our staff fairly—we believe our breakfast price is justified. Furthermore, guest expectations regarding our product selection have shifted significantly over the past decade; today, guests anticipate finding lactose-free and gluten-free options, as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes, on our breakfast buffet. Sustainability is also a key factor: our buffet is free of plastic outer packaging, and we offer regional and fair-trade products. All these elements must be taken into account when calculating our prices. Our breakfast buffet regularly features the following food and beverages: 12 coffee specialties, 10 tea varieties, hot chocolate (all Fairtrade), 4 juices, mineral water, milk, oat, coconut, soy, and almond drinks, 8 types of bread rolls, 3 types of bread, gluten-free bread, croissants, sweet pastries, pretzel-style pastries, a muesli bar with 6 varieties (including organic and gluten-free options), a Kellogg’s station, 10 different muesli toppings, chia pudding with sour cherries, red berry compote, 6 premium jams, sugar-free jam, 2 types of honey (including organic), Belgian hazelnut-nougat spread (palm oil-free), freshly made pancakes, Toast Hawaii, scrambled eggs, fried eggs made to order, boiled eggs, bacon, meatballs, whole fresh fruit, sliced ​​fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, specialty hams, Lyoner-style sausage, Mettwurst, homemade liver and blood sausage, salami, Halal salami, turkey salami, smoked turkey breast, rollmops (pickled herring), a selection of soft and sliced ​​cheeses, tomato and mozzarella with basil pesto, homemade *Handkäse* (marinated sour-milk cheese) with onions, homemade *Spundekäse* (cream cheese dip), sliced ​​fresh vegetables, vegan avocado and hummus dips, olives, pickles, and pearl onions.
