The rooms are very spacious, modern and well equipped. I think the breakfast could have been better, especially the quality of the coffee and the juices.

good room, but no AC upon arrival. the matter was ot fixed wwhile I was there, it was warmer in my room, than it was in the corridor. I did not expect the matter to be fixed right away, but at least to have a room with AC the day after, which did not happen. Staff was friendly. I wanted to chnage my booking, and leave one day earlier. The first person told me she could not implement it in the system, I had to talk to HRS. I did call HRS, they could not make the change directly. upon check out, the person at the receeption (not the same I talked to on the first day), actually said she could do the change and herlself no problem. Would be nice to have some uniformity among the staff for those questions, that I believe is rather standard.

Staff was very very friendly throughout the entire stay. Our room was very stylish. Only the additional bed for one of the children was not in place. But the situation was quickly solved.

Hotel has a great location and a really good breakfast. The rooms are slightly small and I find them to be slightly dark. I'd prefer more light. However, the room was very clean.
