Room comfortable but tiny, with a tiny bathroom. The hair dryer was barely adequate. Hotel is next door to a mall that has a food court and a restaurant. The staff was the highlight of my stay, they were extremely helpful and so very friendly, it made it a pleasure to return to the hotel after a day of being outside.

Very nice and clean Hotel, a great breakfast as well. Great check in staff that always had at least one person that spoke English well. Has a very "Americanized" mall connected to it with plant of places to eat and shop. If you are traveling and need a place to stay, this is a great place, right off the highway for people doing business in Lorena.

I tried many time call the hotel because I must change my reservation and PHONE DIDN´T WORK. I tried solve the problem by booking.com and the same problem happen, neither booking.com coundn´t ever talk by phone with the hotel!! PLEASE FIX THE PHONE OF THE HOTEL IBIS LORENA.

After two stays in July and August, I can confidently say that the Ibis Lorena offers an outstanding experience, and the incredible staff is the reason why. Every person I interacted with was not only professional but genuinely kind and helpful, making each visit a pleasure. The Access Control team, especially Isael and Luiz Paulo, were always welcoming and made me feel safe and secure from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, the staff was consistently excellent. Alessandra, Alisson, Igor Leonardo, Larissa Kirstin, Lucas Dionísio, Maria Paula, Matheus, Saulo, Tales, and Vitor were all fantastic—they were quick to assist with any request and always greeted me with a friendly smile. The Housekeeping staff's attention to detail was impeccable. My rooms were always spotless thanks to the hard work of Andreza, Denise, Igor, Inajara, Jaqueline, Leidiana, Mara, Maria de Fátima, Sandra, Stefany, Vanderlene, and Vera. In the restaurant and bar, the service was just as impressive. Lara, Lidiane, Lillian, Maiara, Marcilene, Martiel, Rafael, Raquel, and Wendel provided a wonderful dining experience, always attentive and friendly. Finally, a special shout-out to the Maintenance team, Claudomiro and Fábio, for keeping the hotel running smoothly. The Ibis Lorena is more than just a place to stay—it’s a hotel where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect visit. I look forward to returning soon.

Hotel é bom, padrão Ibis, sem novidades nas instalações. A recepção (recepcionista de cara emburrada e sem identificacao do nome)não são muito simpáticos, achei sem paciencia para nossas dúvidas, sobre pagamento, fornecimento de água gratuita, etc. Quero destacar a simpatia e atenção da Camareira Sandra, deveriam promove-la como recepcionista, pela eficiência. Também fomos surpreendidos na hora de pagar, NÃO parcelaram o valor das diárias, no meu caso foram 7 diárias. Tive que pagar na "bucha", me deixando sem capital/limite no cartão, já que estávamos preparados para pagar parcelado/crédito. Pela primeira vez acontece isso, não parcelar. Todos os Ibis que eu me hospedei no Brasil e Europa, parcelamento, mas em Lorena a recepcionista disse não ser autorizada a parcelar. E nem na hora da reserva, via site, fui informado dessa prática, enfim, já foi... só fiquei com pouca "grana" pra comer e continuar a viagem.

Boa noite ! Em meu entendimento, banheiro e pricipalmente o vaso sanitário devem ser esterelizados/higienizados após saída d. hospede. Infelizmente no dia 03/07/2025 quando cheguei ao meu quarto n° 353, observei que a tampa e o vaso sanitário estavam com cabelos aparentemente de partes intimas.

A cama do 355 está com pillow bem ruim, já muito duro e os travesseiros velhos, super baixos. Acordamos os dois com bastante dor no corpo e pescoço. Pedi cobertor extra pois estava frio e não foi fornecido, alegando que o ar condicionado tem aquecedor. Também não deram travesseiro extra. Sempre ficamos no Ibis e nunca tivemos esse tipo de problema.
