Smart choice economy hotel, open to everyday adventurers

Providing comfort and economy, for business or leisure, Ibis Budget Lorena has a cool environment that doesn't cost the earth. Located in the Eco Valle Shopping complex, near the President Dutra Highway.

For the devout, the hotel is set in a privileged location between two major Brazilian cities: Cachoeira Paulista, where Canção Nova can be found, and Aparecida, with the National Shrine of Aparecida. In addition to our modern and cool décor, we also provide WiFi, air conditioning and parking. Small pets are also very welcome.

Atendimento apressado e sem muito cuidado, parece haver poucos funcionários para muito trabalho e ainda se dividirem na recepção do Ibis sem ser o Budget. Ao fazer check-in já se percebe a pressa do atendente em se livrar o mais rápido possível para fazer outra coisa. No check-in você recebe um kit para a cama de solteiro (travesseiro e dois lençóis) ao invés de encontrar a cama já pronta. Outro ponto negativo é o estado de conservação do quarto e banheiro. Tudo parece sem manutenção. Cheiro de mofo quando liga o ar-condicionado, pia entupida, parece rachada, exaustor do banheiro não funciona, sinais de humildade nas paredes e corrosão em acessórios de metal, falta de frigobar no quarto, a cama rangia a cada vez que nos mexíamos e o colchão parecia ter uma depressão próximo ao meio da cama, fora outras pequenas coisas que pareceria exagero falar aqui. Outra coisa é que um dos elevadores o sistema que limita a subida de pessoas estranhas (não hospedes) não funcionava e parecia ser de conhecimento dos funcionários. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar em relação a outros Ibis que já fiquei. Foi a minha pior experiência em hotéis da rede Ibis. Pelo menos passei apenas uma noite, mas foi ruim dirigir por quase 4 horas depois de não ter dormido bem. Um ponto muito positivo e conveniente é a localização do hotel, que se encontra dentro de um shopping e parece ser uma região bem central.
