central location, easy access to subway and 1 hour bus ride to hotel from the airport , only 10 minutes walk from the the bus stop to hotel. Food selection is good value and staff very helpful.

Check-in was extremely smooth with the receptionist greeting us upon arrival. We had booked the family suite with four bed arrangement for our family of six. We had three adults and three children and the room was spacious by Japan standards. The room was outfitted with robes, fantastic toiletries, an amazing blow dryer, Nespresso machine with four pods daily, and easy access to the ice machine with an ice bucket and tongs provided. The fridge was on the small side but we managed because we had the ice machine so readily available. Laundry was on a different floor and required payment, but was extremely convenient for us to do our laundry for soiled clothing. We appreciated the front desk staff who checked us into the gym every morning without hesitation. The gym is phenomenal for Japan standards and had everything you need to get a complete workout. It is clean, immaculate, and has all the workout equipment you could possibly need. We really love the gym facilities at this hotel. It is walking distance to everything you need and Suzuki. Greatly appreciate Ibis reception staff's assistance in revising my booking and allowing my family to safe keep our luggage while we are away on a day trip. Room was comfortable and breakfast has a good spread. Hotel was a stone throw away from Airport shuttle stop.

Positive except for a brief rude encounter with check in counter staff (young man). Otherwise all good.

Our staff should attend to any questions a guest may have, answer to the best of their ability and should not ignore guests requiring assistance. The matter has been brought to the attention of management and further staff training will be provided to ensure that an incident like this does not happen again. The hotel is at a good location which is just one and half block from one of the subway station. The hotel is also a half block away from the airport bus stop. The staff members are all very friendly.
