had an issue when we arrived saying we had booked 2 rooms but we hadn't managed to get this cancelled free of charge but now they have taken the funds out of my bank , so trying to sort the refund out. when we got into the room there was a terrible smell of urine in the room lucky we were only there for 1 night.

My Dad and I had a lovely stay in Leeds, very relaxing and comfortable hotel. Handy for all amenities and for where I was going for an event. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Loved the Leeds decor in the hotel.

The hotel is very centraly located and I found the room quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately there seemed to be a mold issue in the bathroom and the room overall was quite tired and in need of a deep clean and refresh.
