Hotel was fit for purpose but teh experience was not good. The violent domestic in the room opposite was disturbing for my teenage daughter, and she really did not like the smell of cannibas coming through the air con on sunday night.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that these incidents affected your stay, particularly with your teenage daughter being present. While we cannot control the behaviour of other guests, please be assured that the situation was handled accordingly by our team. We take these matters seriously and always aim to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We apologise that this impacted your overall experience and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
