Parking fines - be very careful!

Very good location for the arena but a very badly led and miserable team! They will not help you unless you push them. They could help but they are very happy NOT to help you! Beware of parking FINES as the team will not help you to see the small print! If you go out of the car park for a minute you lose your preferential rate and will be fined if you didn’t understand this was part of your obligations while staying there! The rooms are a bit unkempt. The Atmosphere is miserable. The restaurant is staffed by incompetents and the software to order room service doesn’t always work!

As previously explained, we cannot assist with the parking fine as this is not part of the hotel and was issued because the parking was not paid as required. We’re pleased you found the location convenient for the arena. Our team strives to provide professional service, and our housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the hotel. Room service is provided by the independent restaurant Estabulo, and we will pass your comments regarding their ordering app on to them. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Very clean, wrll designed hotel. Could do with better soundproofing as when room above had showers, it sounded like it was pouring with rain in our room. Not great at 3am.

I have stayed at the IBIS Leeds City Centre Arena 3 times in the past 6 months due to visiting my daughter at University in Leeds. I am a middle aged woman travelling on my own and feel completely safe staying in this hotel on my own. It is a nice size, comfortable and I feel reassured the staff are close by if required. They are all really friendly and accommodating.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel and another brilliant experience. We always stay here when going to an event at the First Direct as it’s so close. Nice modern reception and we like the Yorkshire themed decor in the rooms. The room was so quiet despite being above a busy Leeds street. This time we booked a twin which was spacious, really lovely beds and clean. We didn’t have breakfast this time, instead going to Wetherspoons which is near by. The staff on reception are friendly and professional, and there’s free hot drinks in reception too. Got a great deal ahead of time and 100% would stay here again.
