Good location for First Direct Arena. Clean room and comfortable bed. Coffee / drinks machine available in lobby. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Would stay again.

Great customer service and in the centre of town. Heads up the parking they tell you won’t fit a van inside due to height. Only 1.30m allowed. There is another nearby car park but they don’t give discounted rates there.

The main appeal for this hotel was the location and its proximity to the CitiPark car park. Staying at this hotel provides a reduced rate (£10 for 24 hours) - it’s one of the few car parks in Leeds that feels safe, secure and isn’t ridiculously tight to drive round. The hotel itself was clean and modern (though rooms are a little on the small side). We liked that we could help ourselves to more tea and coffee, without having to queue up at the desk to ask. Leeds is a really walkable city and there’s plenty of coffee shops, mini supermarkets & restaurants in easy walking distance of this hotel. Only thing that could have been improved was the greeting we received upon arrival - staff member seemed to want to be anywhere but at work! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Not much to say earlier apart from everything was absolutely perfect from checking in to checking out the breakfast the staff the room everything was really top-notch
