The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable". Spacious and spotless rooms with great décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options.

Stayed there 2nd time and will stay there again. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Great room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very friendly staff - highly recommend to stay there when in Bucharest. A wide selection of restaurants and coffee shops around. Hotel very well located and room comfortable. The breakfast is gorgeous and the employees are nice. The heating in the room can not be regulated for the winter period and there has been a strong plastic smell at the fitness room

We stayed at this hotel for several nights , and in total - more than2 weeks. Every day we stayed there we felt beeing dealed in a very welcomed attitude The hotel is very clean. The food is very tasty with a large variation of local cuisine and international cuisine. The staff is professional and deal the customer with smile and patience. Especially we like to mention Cristi and all the professional team in the F&B that he manages. As wel , we want to mention Alexandra and Alex in the Front Desk.
