Improve checking process

The website information attended to the room and localization, but the bureaucratic process of checking was terrible. There was a big row, and we spent more than 20 minutes with the reception employee. I believe part of this job could be done before, sending documents by platform and data as a street. Also, there was only a bathroom in the reception and people were using it to dress because all people spent a lot of time in the checking process, My daughter needed to use the bathroom with urgency and it was a stress moment for me.

It's like flying Ryanair, but worse

It's a room with a bed and a bathroom, nothing else. There is no place where to put your stuff. No desk, no wardrobe, nothing. They don't provide even a chair. I don't mind if they don't provide shampoo, hairdryer, and if their towels were really old (they were clean, so it's fine for me). But the soap dish was so small that it didn't even fit a soap and a shampoo. I can't believe they built an entire building and decided to save money in the soap dish (this is just an example of how ridiculous the mentality is). For me they are just trying to say to us: this is what you paid for. this is what you get. You don't deserve any better. It's definitely not about providing a low cost service - the things they are saving money don't make difference in the overall costs for them. It's about making you feel like you paid for a low cost service and if you want more, you need to pay for upgrades or go to their other hotels.
