The room I stay was not in a good maintenance condition and for the price that was charge really should get better accomodation.

We arrived early and we were able to check in at 1330 for the night. A good sized room with a view of the busy beach. Nice bed and we got 2 extra pillows from reception. Bathroom was functional with hot water. Quiet room, couldn’t hear next door. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the busy beach area. Only a cheap Uber ride away from the Cruise Port. Would definitely come back as it’s easy and only for 1 night. The staff at reception were very friendly and spoke excellent English (not that it mattered to me if they didn’t).

Unpleasant Stay Due to Room Issues

I had an unpleasant stay at Ibis. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the air conditioner was broken, making it very uncomfortable. This significantly affected my experience, and due to these issues, I do not plan to stay at Ibis again. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and service for future guests
