I had an unpleasant surprise at breakfast. There was a warning that water could not be transferred to my container (bottle). I asked the employee why the prohibition: - he said it was the hotel's policy. Therefore, I asked one of the employees to fill my container (bottle) through the hotel kitchen. He also said he couldn't. I believe that Ibis did not give this order to employees. Because anywhere in the world, when a person asks for water to drink, they don't say no. On the contrary. So I'm reviewing my concepts about Ibis. Santos Gonzaga Beach.

My stay was OK. Pros: Super friendly staff, great breakfast, and great shower. Cons: Hall and rooms smell of dust, the air vents were super dusty, AC was not working properly and mattress is too soft

The staff was very courteous. They took their time with us as we do not speak Portuguese, and always showed us a smile and helpfulness. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, albeit very small, but there was nothing bad we could say about this hotel. The location was excellent.
