The stay was not satisfactory, items such as clogged bathroom sink, TV malfunction and burnt out bathroom light were found. They are basic items that should be in good condition in a regular hotel room. I would add that, without my knowledge and consent, a sandwich that I had left inside was taken from the minibar.

Wow i like this clean property. It is located at the beginning of Santos and the ports. Staffs are helpful too. Comfortable bed and pillows. Like the bathroom and showers at the standard studio. If you come to Santos this place you must not missed!

First of all, I was very well attended by all the employees, they were all very cordial. Thank you all. However, I have many points to complain about. I made the reservation by phone, and in the reservation, I informed that I was in quarantine because I had tested positive for covid. When I arrived, I checked in, and every day, I had to explain that I was in quarantine and that's why I needed breakfast to be served in my room. On the fifth day, the maid went to find out I had covid, that's what I warned her why I wouldn't let her in. On the penultimate day a manager calls me to ask me why I was having coffee in the room. And then, they call me to confirm how many meals I had ordered, I informed that zero, and on the day of leaving, they still wanted to charge for a meal. On the last day I went to the cafeteria because I had already tested negative, and to my surprise, a lot of people without masks, taking food without masks and without gloves, including the reception staff with the mask on their neck instead of their face. The lack of communication between the team is huge, and little concern about the covid. That's what left me very disappointed.
