Rooms are okay for the price. Very well located, but the service at the bar is not good (waited 45min for a cocktail when the bar was empty). Small swimming pool. Firealarm went off at night and no one of the hotel was there to update the people outside.

The location is excellent and very convenient. Breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options that really stand out. The hotel has great potential, and with a bit more attention to maintenance and additional support or equipment for the cleaning staff, the overall experience could be even better. A greater focus on details would truly elevate the stay.

Lamentamos os transtornos mencionados e reforçamos que seu feedback é essencial para que possamos corrigir falhas e evoluir constantemente. No período que esteve conosco não tivemos problema generalizado ou nas áreas comuns do hotel com ar condicionado, mas entendemos que talvez a experiencia no quarto não tenha sido tão satisfatória o que acarretou nesta experiência. We stayed in the hotel just for 1 weekend and a lot of the time there we were dealing with issues with the hotel. We were given initially a room totally "naked"- no chair, no phone, no shampoo/soap, no blanket or pillows! The check-in time was 3pm but we still did not have a room at 4:15pm. Once we had the rooms, one of them did not have liquid soap while I was taking the shower. The housekeeping was terrible. The phone and coffee machine had a lot of dust on the top. To top it all, the safe box did not want to open once I put valuables there. It was in 9:40pm when I called the reception desk and told them the safe would not open. There was no one to fix it. They finally called someone and the safe had to be completely changed. The whole matter was only resolved at around 11:15pm! Then I had problem with having the housekeeping to come to clean the room in the next morning. After the clean up, I found out there Kleenex tissue paper was empty! Again, the housekeeping was not thorough. I never spend so much time chasing hotel staff to deal with issues like in this hotel!
