There was mould evident in the rooms with poor ventilation. The bed sheets were thin and poor quality as were the towels. I do not recommend staying here, well below the Accor and Novotel standards.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly, however the room was not in proper shape. The shower had a leak in the glass, which made the entire wall very degradetad and a high level of humidity and mold in the room, to the point it was hard to breath.

I've been choosing this hotel for my business stays for years now, and sadly, each visit has chipped away at my satisfaction. This time, however, I've reached my limit. Where do I even begin? The smell of sewage wafting from the bathroom greeted me as soon as I entered my room – not exactly the welcome one expects after a long day of work. The room service experience was equally frustrating. The menu is apparently digital but there was no QR code in the room. I called reception and was left waiting 30 minutes – and had to follow up twice – just to get access to it. When my order finally arrived, the chicken was rubbery and utterly tasteless. I asked the front desk for a simple envelope and was told they didn't have any available. An envelope. In a business hotel. The housekeeping schedule seemed to be entirely random, with my room cleaned at a different time each day, making it impossible to plan my work schedule around it. It's truly disappointing to watch a hotel I once trusted steadily decline year after year. This visit has unfortunately been the final straw. I won't be returning.
