Just pay attention to the maintenance, in room 2811 the door of the bathroom has a terrible noise at the time of close and the structure of the door (bathroom) is damaged due the humidity of the shower. And clean the windows. For all the rest is Ok, we loved the place.

The hotel itself is decent, maintainence at medium to below medium standard. My bathroom had extensive mildew on the ceiling and a temporary floor repair that appeared to have become permanent. The room itself had mildew/mold on the ceiling. Check-in assistance and overall service level is low. Employees take a considerable time with any and all requests, The room offers a kettle for hot beverages but no instant coffee, tea, cocoa (anything) - You are able to make hot water with sugar essentially. There's no bottled water offered either so only option is to pay for the canned water in the minibar My room was attended/cleaned/made up 1 out of 4 days only. The restaurant is truly horrible - The ambience of a school cafeteria at best and in-room dining not a pleasant experience either. Something as simple as salt/pepper isn't provided. I would rate the hotel 2.5/3 stars overall - I do not believe it deserves the 4 star rating at all

The quality of the room is in bad condition. It's not the only room, other times we stayed in the hotel, the rooms were also in bad conditions. There are way better Novotel's in Brazil. Even many Ibis are better quality.

Rooms are okay for the price. Very well located, but the service at the bar is not good (waited 45min for a cocktail when the bar was empty). Small swimming pool. Firealarm went off at night and no one of the hotel was there to update the people outside.
