We experienced an inconvenience regarding the extension of our stay. Our agent failed to coordinate with the front desk. Although I kindly asked the receptionist to give us enough time to communicate with our agent, they told us to leave our room and stay at the lobby while waiting for the confirmation. We stayed there for 3 hours.

Well located for nearby restaurants, reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were tired with the wood veneers peeling but beds/rooms were comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty in the bathroom. Restaurant was understaffed in the evening. Bar staff were not present or bar didn't open in the evening. Breakfast was good, reception staff great, but would choose to eat/drink elsewhere in the evening due to there being no/few service staff available.
