Our room has a good view of the beach. In good location with many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Our room is in quiet zone as requested. Check-in is quick and reception staff are attentive. However, wifi is not secured (no accor registration required) and very weak. Breakfast is basic. In room amenity refill are hit and miss. Only received 2 coffee pods for 3 days stay. Mattress in the living room is dirty and needs replacing.

We stayed in a family suite due to needing additional space for our extended stay. The room was exceptional! Great layout, very quiet, comfortable bed & great bathroom. The reception staff were the friendliest we have encountered in Vietnam. They always had the time to talk to us and make sure we were ok. No issue was ever too difficult to resolve. House keeping and maintenance staff were also very nice and efficient. The pool was lovely with enough space to sit & relax. The location is very convenient to the beach and many restaurants. A lovely touch was a birthday cake delivered to our room on my birthday, which we did not know they were organising.
