Checking in was easy with the machines and staff help, fantastic airport views from lift, hallways and rooms. Attentive dining room staff. Bar staff always happy and polite. Very clean and professional. Will definitely staff again. Exec lounge was a good size, no alcoholic drinks though, but great view. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at Pullman. Brodie is always helpful at reception and an asset to the company. Love the view from the hotel - either side towards the airport.
