Hotel was clean, room was nice, staff was welcoming. Good experience and value for money. Only one item to mention, I was a bit surprised that the shuttle bus needs to be booked and is an extra cost

I recently stayed at this hotel in Brisbane and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. If I were to offer one small observation, the gym facilities could have been slightly better appointed, though this is a minor point in an otherwise outstanding experience.
