Bar service with Nicholas was excellent!! We are staying in an Executive room which includes drinks and snacks between 5 and 7 pm in the bar. It was very busy - Friday night - but Nicholas provided excellent and speedy service. Loved the service!!

What a great place to stay when you are transit The staff were amazing Nice clean rooms The food was brilliant as I had steak last night and it was great Breakfast this morning was really nice and they serve nice coffee Thanks guys for looking after me I will be back next trip to Australia

Convenient to the airport. Staff were great but bed was bouncy and not comfortable. Bars and restaurants were all good but proximity to airport terminals is the biggest selling point.

All good at check in except upon booking we had booked car in to stay for 10 days only to be told on arrival that this facility was no longer available.A bit of warning would have been nice.But all was resolved by your excellent desk manager who sensibly mad an exception and allowed us to leave the car.
