We always stay at the hotel if we have a morning flight the next day and have stayed many times. We get a room on the executive floor so that we can enjoy a platter and complimentary drinks from 5-7 pm. The platter’s have always been a little hit and miss but ok and have enjoyed the drinks on offer. How ever our stay last month we were not only disappointed with the platter but also to learn that we are only entitled to two complimentary drinks. We were very disappointed and given the cost of the room and will think twice about booking one again. As part of the Accor group how can the Pullman justify this measure😡

We had an absolutely lovely stay! The food was incredible and the staff made us feel so genuinely cared for. A huge thank-you to Bashka (sorry if the spelling is wrong), Sophie, and Markus—your kindness and attention made our stay feel extra special. 😃 Our room was fantastic as well—super clean, comfortable, cozy, and the perfect place to unwind.

Don't bother upgrading to executive lounge access. Nobody in the lounge to oversee it, no clean cups around to make a tea or coffee. Found out via another guest that your drinks and nibbles were in the main bar downstairs (a whole 2 free drinks) and a cheese platter! One couple were so hungry they went to Macdonalds and when they came back at 7.10 were refused their 2nd drink! Have stayed at many hotels with club access and this is by far the worst. Bright note, rooms were nice.

From the very first moment we parked up, Sarah from concierge was impeccable. She took our bags, checked us in and made all appropriate arrangements for a comfortable stay. Her knowledge of where to return our rental car was a great help. Once back at hotel, our room was just a haven of cleanliness, comfort and well equipped. Dinner was an absolute joy and I highly recommend Will from the bar to make you an Irish coffee, with the orange zest, sheer heaven, never tasted one like this before. Breakfast was amazing, but watch out for Angelica, she creeps up on you when you sneakily try lick your knife, (I know, terrible habit) we both had a giggle. So all in all a fantastic hotel with fantastic food and absolutely amazing staff. Couldn't improve on anything if you tried. One last thing, our coffee machine didn't work, or maybe we old and didn't know how to use it but the young man who came was wonderful, showed us and everything was fine. Didn't get his name but again another member of staff that credits the Pullman. Definitely returning in 2027 on our next trip to Australia.
