During my stay, the holder with the toothbrush set was accidentally pushed over and it broke. Im surpirised that a fragile thing could be easily broken and the broken pieces could have hurt my kids or anyone else. We reported this matter to the hotel but we were forced to pay for the damage which amounted to approx. Sgd86 after service charge and taxes. Im rather disapppointed that this utem whixh can be pushed over easily without any non slip mat and worse could be broken easily. Do look into alternative holders. Overall this has left a bitter experiemce with our stay here as this minor damage could not be waived on account of gold membership with Accor.

Sabrina ensures a warm welcome in the Premium Lounge. The breakfast has a wide variety and large seating area.

I booked 3 rooms at the hotel (508 - 509 under Family offer and 802) from 14 Mar - 19 Mar. During check out, when the bill was prepared, we clearly highlighted that there appears to be an overcharge on the final bill. Since we were leaving for the airport, the front desk staff along with Ms. Lui Verone assured us to settle for the time being and the hotel will check later and respond to us. Believing in the high standards of Accor and my past experience as Platinum and Gold ALL member, I settled in full. We did receive an email from Ms. Lui Verone the next day on 20 March highlighting that the discrepancy was on account of breakfast being added. To which I clarified on 21 Mar, that this was a duplicate charge as all breakfast charges were also separately paid for at the front desk. The discrepancy was approximately SGD 108 which is exactly the cost of breakfast for 4 pax for a single day. Subsequent to my response on 21 Mar, a total of 4 follow-up emails were sent to Ms. Lui Verone (on 23 Mar, 25 Mar, 26 Mar and 06 Apr) with a copy to the property id (h9…). Not a single of the 5 emails was either acknowledged or responded to by the hotel staff. This has been the most disappointing experience for me at an Accor property. I am being patient here, and I am sharing this negative review on the internal NPS survey. I have personally worked with the ALL team at the Paris HQ, and I know these are not the standards that Accor aspires to.

Please allow approximately 21 days for the refund to come through, the duration will typically be dependent on your issuing bank. We will continue to reinforce our commitment on effective communication and resolution of guest concerns. It is essential for us to learn from such situations to enhance our service quality in the future. Your feedback is valuable to us, as it helps us improve our operations and processes.
