Check in was easy. Room was in good state. I then needed to order room service. Was unable to put my room or attempt to pay via the app. Rang Room service. Phone didn't work. Went downstairs to concierge. They were busy, so sent me to the bar. The bar was busy so they sent me to a staff member. Staff member was busy so told me to go back to concierge. Nice lady in restaurant overheard and helped me and took my order. Had a shower and the drain dripped for about 3 hours until I removed the drain and put a towel in there to stop the drip echo. Really disappointing as I stay here alot for work

Arrived, staff thanked me for my continual support and have upgraded me to a disabled room. Airconditiong didnt get below 27 degrees. Spoke ot manager who said sorry but i am at the end of my shift. Asked for engineers she said they are not on. New manager rang me about 11.pm to say he had no other rooms. so i had to suck it up no real air con. Next mornign at 6 am lifts not working so had to go down fire stairs as no one picked up phone. pushed intercom in stairs no answer as door at bottom was jammed. So put me shoulder into to open. Staffing has really fallen away i am sorry.
